Dieses Ferienhaus liegt etwa 11 km vom Bay Street Waterfront Park und dem Yachthafen entfernt zwischen Charleston und Savannah. Dieses einstöckige Ranchhaus wurde 2020 neu möbliert und kann zum ersten Mal gemietet werden. Es hat ein gehobenes Aussehen mit hohen Decken, Holzböden und offenen Grundrissen. Der Grundriss verfügt über ein großes offenes Wohnzimmer, einen Essbereich und eine Wohnküche. Auch der Einstieg ist ein Gästebad und Zugang von der Küche zum großen Außendeck und Grill. Die Küche ist komplett für das Gourmet-Kochen und Essen ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Badewannen- / Duschkombinationen. Die Schlafzimmer blicken auf den privaten Innenhof. Die Waschmaschine / Trockner befindet sich in günstiger Lage im Gemeinschaftsbereich. Ausreichend Parkplätze für fünf (5) Fahrzeuge direkt vor dem privaten Innenhof. Dieses einzigartige Ranchhaus ist für Ihr Urlaubsvergnügen, Familientreffen, Parris Island USMC-Promotionen verfügbar. . Abschließend möchten wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir uns in der Nähe historischer Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden.
Wir sind auch zentral zu den folgenden lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen: Innenstadt von Beaufort (7 Meilen / 15 Minuten); Öffentlicher Strand von Hunting Island (15 Minuten); Tanger Outlets in Bluffton / Hilton Head (40 Minuten); Innenstadt von Savannah (48 Meilen / 50 Minuten); und der Innenstadt von Charleston. Family Getaway
Our vacation stay at this VRBO was exceptional! It's a life experience that we will cherish forever and the host welcomed my family and I with a fresh dozen of roses! The house was clean, had spacious rooms and equipped with everything we needed. We were also surprised by how much space was in the backyard, where we celebrated my aunt's birthday and it was suitable for the kids to run and play. The area itself was incredibly beautiful and I highly recommend renting this home from Mr. Brown. He's professional, communicative and responsive. We will be renting from him again in the near future!

Great home base for family holiday
This was a spacious home that was perfect for two families (4 adults, 5 kids under 15) to stay in over the Thanksgiving holiday. If the weather was warmer, we would have taken advantage of the outside spaces more, but we're comfortable just hanging out at the end of each day. The location is perfectly tucked away but also quick access to Lowcountry Cider (great coffee and pastries), Walmart and Food Lion. In the other direction, we were so lucky to have time to visit Hunting Island State Park.Most of all, the owners were very responsive via text if we needed anything or had questions.

Great Property
This property was perfect for our crew while we were visiting Parris Island. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The floor plan is a great layout with plenty of space and bedrooms, a nice living room area with plenty of seating, and a nice spacious kitchen. We also enjoyed the deck and grilling area. We came for my daughter's graduation from recruit training at MCRD Parris Island. This location was about 15 minutes from base. Very easy to get to for family day and grad day. Beautiful home with plenty of space. Home has been very well cared for. There was nice music playing on Alexa and fresh flowers in the kitchen. Very nice attention to detail. This property was perfect for my family and extended family (one baby, one teen, 7 adults) who were in town for my son’s Marine Corps graduation. We enjoyed grilling on the rear deck and there were two ice chests we used to bring food and drinks for Family Day. Mr. Brown is a wonderful host. My wife left her Chromebook in the house by accident when we left and he kindly returned it to us by UPS. We spent most of our time on Parris Island, but enjoyed returning to the home in the evening for relaxation.

Beautiful home
The home and location were beautiful. There was a small electrical problem in the kitchen and the owner had that taken care of by the end of the day. There were no where near enough towels for the amount of people allowed to stay there but we were able to do laundry on site. The main problem was that it is advertised as having 4 queen sized beds. There is not even one queen sized bed. They are actually full sized. That was a big problem considering we had 2 adults sleeping in each of those. The main reason we chose this home was because of the bed configuration. I saw someone say the same thing in a recent review but just thought they were mistaken. They were not. Other than that, and not being able to control the thermostat, everything else was good.

Double booking disaster
I can’t really tell you anything about the property as we never got to stay, but the higher ratings were based solely on my parties quick experience on the property. Received the door code from the property owner late afternoon. My party arrived at the property at 9:45pm there was another family already in the house, in their PJ’s, tucked in for the night. Not the best way to learn the the property had been double booked! Put our party of 12 in a horrible predicament trying to find lodging on a boot camp graduation weekend.

Spacious and great for larger groups
Check in process was super easy. Communication with owner was simple and quick. We had a family of 9 and there was plenty of room, plus some! The house and scenery were beautiful!! The property is close to necessities. We were there for our sons Marine graduation. The travel was simple and not too far. If we ever come back this way we WILL be staying here again!! Beachy getaway
This is a beautiful home, with plenty of space for multiple people! There are 4.5 baths vs 5 (one is a toilet/sink only), but still ample showers and we ran all 4 at once after the beach without any difficulty. The kitchen is adequately set up such that we were able to prepare meals at home and limit dining out. There was a small electrical issue the second night (loss of power in the great room), but the host had an electrician there the next day by 9A and no further issues after. We were only minutes from several beaches, and an added bonus was coolers we could pack and take with us!! The area has many historical sites, which we didn't have time to delve into. Lots of shopping is available within minutes, and we found many options to entertain kids and adults alike.

Excellent Accommodations
We rented this home for us and our extended family to see our son graduate from the Marine Corps. This home was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. It was very hot outside and every time we came in the home was very cool and comfortable. The open floor plan in the main room was wonderful for a family dinner after graduation. We would highly recommend this home to anyone. It’s approximately a 20 minute drive to Parris Island and there are stores and restaurants nearby.

Perfect Marine graduation VRBO
This property worked out perfectly for our large family group. We stayed here for my son's graduation from Marine boot camp training on Parris Island. The property was less than 20 minutes from the Marine base. It is also very close to many other attractions and restaurants. Thank you again to the owner for providing a beautiful home for our stay.

Great place to stay for Parris Island Graduation!
My family and I enjoyed our stay for my Marines graduation. We didn’t mind that the outdoor security cameras pointed inside the home, where window coverings weren’t available; I do question if it is legal. The house is spacious with a beautiful setting. We even saw deer on the property. The kitchen has just about all you’d need. The owner controls the thermostats, which he responds to quickly when you text him. However, when your family wakes up sweating at 3:00 am, you can’t do anything about it. The “queen” sized beds are actually FULL sized, but very comfortable. There are not five bathroom, but four and a half. But it works out very well. The primary bedroom has a private bath. The other bedrooms have a Jack and Jill bath between two bedrooms each. The bedrooms only have lamps, which do not provide enough light. One lamps light was burnt out, so I had to go to the store to replace it. The bathroom towels leave MUCH to be desired, but do the job, except in the lavatory…you’re only offered paper towels to dry your hands. A two-step step stool is needed for the primary King sized bed!!! Directions on how to work the TV would be helpful as well. Overall it is a very nice place to stay and the owner is very accommodating.

The first we were there before rest of family came in the clicking noise from the plugged in bug repellers we're annoying. Didn't notice them later. There were some crumbs on the stovetop, a small open package of food in frig, a streak of something on microwave door, and the outdoor grill was pretty bad looking (we weren't told we couldn't use it but also didn't say anything about using it). These things didn't keep us from enjoying the place and having a good time. Oh...if you're average height, you may want a step stool for the king bed 😁.
