„Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot. „My family and I stayed at this property over New Year's Eve, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house is perfect for a large family, with plenty of space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The entertainment options were a major highlight, we enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table, and the relaxing hot tub. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun and memorable getaway.“

„Beautiful condo, very close to downtown. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in process was clearly described. Downtown and many attractions are easily reachable on foot. If you want to travel further, the CTrain station "Victoria Park" is just 5 minutes away. The apartment had a few issues, such as a door that was not functional and simply stood in a room, a missing roller blind, and some other minor details. The roller blinds were also quite ...

„Our stay was great. The place is cozy, beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you need and the shower was good as well. Owners are friendly and communcation was easy and fast. Recommend it! “

„The house was in a perfect location for our stay in Calgary. The beds were comfortable, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 6. Kensington has a lot of great places to eat, and the house is also within walking distance to downtown Calgary. We enjoyed the fireworks on NYE at Prince's Island Park. And, being from Australia, we also appreciated the yard and paths being cleared of snow during our stay. “

„Everything was as listed. Large home with lots of sleeping accommodations. The scuffle board was used a lot and generated a ton of fun for us. Very quiet cul du sac with lots of parking. Highly recommend and would stay again! “

"My experience could not have been better! Since I arrived too early (around 1:30 pm), I wasn't sure if I had to wait for my room to be available, however they directly checked me in. Staff was perfectly friendly and attentive, explaining everything in detail. They also made a late check-out possible which came in very handy. The room was spotlessly clean and full of amenities. There were complimentary water bottles (which were re-stocked every day), shampoo/conditioner/showering gel, body lotion, etc. I also loved the bed which was very comfortable! My visit included a complimentary breakfast. The quality was really good and staff was friendly, however the buffet was missing some things like yoghurt or cheese for example. It was still very good."

"Das Hotel ist super gelegen und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles was ich brauchte abgesehen von einer ziemlich veralteten Fernbedienung für den Fernseher. Würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten."

"Sehr gute Unterkunft, die wir nur empfehlen können. Mit dem Bus erreicht man das Zentrum von Calgary ca. in 20-30 Minuten. Der kostenlose Bus Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen hat super geklappt, sogar konnten wir diesen nutzen, um nur unseren Mietwagen abzuholen. Frühstück war okay. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. "
