Pepper Cottage is located a 10 minute stroll or quick drive from Bowral's restaurants, cafes and shops. The surrounding towns of Mittagong, Berrima and Moss Vale, as well as local wineries and key wedding venues are also all within easy driving distance.

How is the property laid out?

Pepper Cottage has three bedrooms and a large open plan lounge room, kitchen and dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite, and the two additional bedrooms have a king and double bed and share a bathroom. The shared bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen opens to two paved outdoor entertaining areas - one with outdoor dining, and the other with an outdoor lounge and firepit area.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. What about outdoors?

Pepper Cottage is located on a battle axe block and is therefore very private. The house is surrounded by manicured lawns and mature trees. Large door make for seamless outdoor/indoor living. Step out onto sandstone paved entertaining areas - one with an outdoor lounge and firepit, and the other with an outdoor table where you can enjoy a outdoor meal with your guests.

Keeping warm or keeping cool?

A wood fired fireplace is the feature in the lounge room that overlooks Bowral. There is also ducted heating and cooling.

Off street parking is available for multiple cars.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- mid December to the Australia Day weekend: 3 nights (unless the owner agrees to 2 nights)
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
