Upscale, remodeled 5200 sq. ft lake house with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. Plenty of space and beds for large extended families. This home has everything you will need to relax and enjoy beautiful Lake Charlevoix, Boyne City, and Boyne Mountain.

Great views of the lake from the large extended deck. Amazing downstairs game room with full sized shuffle board, foosball, video game console, gas fireplace, large flat screen, hi top tables for eating or games and full bathroom as well as a full second kitchen. Brand new boat dock with slip for 28' boats. Dock offers 16' x 24' deck area for lakeside relaxing as well as stairs and ladder for water access. Deck has built in bench, swivel chairs and Adirondack chairs to "chill" lakeside. Also offered are four kayaks and six brand new paddle boards and lifejackets.

The main floor features a huge, wrap around, leather couch that seats seven and three additional comfortable chairs with large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The open kitchen with island opens to the dining room that includes a large dining table and large flat screen TV. There is additional seating at the island and a kitchen table that overlooks the lake providing total seating of up to 18 guests. This main floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a king beds and two have queen beds. All of these bedrooms include a 43" 4K smart tv.

The third floor includes three bedrooms and a large bathroom. Two bedrooms are more like large hotel rooms with two queen beds each. The third room has two day beds with pullouts underneath. This room also doubles as a large play room for kids to get away and has a large flat screen TV.

All beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows and high quality sheets for a great night sleep. The home sleeps up to 18 people.

The large extended deck off of the main level provides great views of the lake and plenty of sunshine. There is a gas grill as well as plenty of outdoor furniture, tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Enjoy stargazing by the backyard fire pit.

The home is 1.6 miles to Boyne city shops and restaurants, 7 miles to Boyne Mountain, 17 miles to Petoskey, and 19 miles to Charlevoix. Traverse City is an hour and 20 minutes. Boyne City Farmer's Market is every Wednesday and Saturday mid May - Mid September and every Saturday year round. They also offer "Stroll the Streets" every Friday June - early September with live music, children's activities, events and more. There are 13 golf courses within 20 minutes and 15+ wineries within 25-30 minutes. Beautiful Lake Charlevoix with it crystal clear water has 56 miles of shoreline and beaches at Peninsula Park in Boyne City and Young State Park just 4 miles away. Lake Charlevoix offers access to Lake Michigan to venture to Bay Harbor, Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Traverse City or virtually anywhere in the world. Beautiful Family Retreat
This home was spacious for our large family. Games room was an added bonus! The dock had plenty of seating. The walk to the dock was a bit rocky, perhaps one more length added to the walkway would of made it better. We managed just fine, and had the best time! We cant wait to return! Great house, perfect for a large group
We stayed at this house with a group of 12 and it was great. Enough space for everyone to spread out, and the kitchens had everything we needed for cooking and eating large meals. The game room and TVs throughout the house were great for keeping everyone entertained. It’s also very close to town, and has a beautiful view of the lake. The property managers were around and very helpful with a few questions we had over the weekend as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great week in Boyne
Our family had a great time staying at this vacation rental.This is our second time staying here. There was plenty of room for the 19 of us. Spacious gathering area on the main floor, living room, dining area and kitchen, all with a spectacular view of the lake. Fun rec room on the lower level and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms on the main and second levels. Kayaks and paddle boards were a big hit.

Great home for a family reunion
Rented this home for a summer reunion. Grandparents + 3 families (8 adults and 8 kids 19 and younger) fit in the home very comfortably. Amenities are all listed accurately, the younger group enjoyed the game room on the first level. My parents were able to navigate the stairway without issue. We used the full kitchen on most days as well as the great outdoor deck with plenty of setting, and a brand new Weber grill. If needed, this location is very close to Boyne City. We had a few nights out in the back firepit with plenty of seating for all. Some things to be ready for - the dock does not provide great access for boating, but there is a mooring ball that worked perfectly for both daytime and overnight anchoring. Also, be ready for a rocky bottom near the dock and right offshore. Bring some water shoes for getting in/out of the water. The owner was very responsive and communicated with us as needed. Overall - really a perfect trip for our family.

Lake Front Dream
This is one of the few properties I have ever stayed at that lived up to the listing, and then surpassed. From communications with the owner, to the friendliness of the nearby care taker, to the breath taking views from the deck. The house is modem from tip to toe, and very clean. Beds are comfy, and the kitchen has everything you need. End of the dock was deep enough to jump off of feet first (at least on our trip). So many Lake toys available to use. We also had a family corn hole tournament with the boards downstairs. The proximity to Boyne City is super convenient as well. If you have a hungering for a pizza I suggest BC Pizza, huge slices, lots of toppings. Thank you again, hope we make it back up north sometime soon!
