Normally we rent this apartment per room but when you choose this listing you have the entire 3 bedroom basement apartment to yourself. 2 queen sized beds and one full bed with a living room, dining room, full kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for families or groups!

Early check-in option, and leave the cleaning to us with our no-chore checkout!

I live upstairs and will most likely chat with you if we cross paths but feel free to set your own boundaries; I respect your privacy and space. Since this is a rental for the entire apartment you will not need to worry about other guests.

Our cleaners do a full house clean on a regular basis but please be mindful and try to pick up after yourself. For your privacy, the housekeepers will not enter the apartment during your stay unless you request otherwise. We're always happy to have them pop in for touch ups if you need anything!

Conveniently located within walking distance, you'll find Bogert and Lindley Park, where the local outdoor pool resides, pickle ball courts, and all the summer festivals & farmers markets come to life. Additionally, there's Pete's Hill just steps outside from where you are staying and its extensive network of easily accessible trails. A few blocks away is the historic downtown with its array of shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as the Bozeman Public Library.

Need to catch a ride? Public transportation options to get around town or even adventure off to Bridger Bowl or Big Sky, are all just a short stroll away. Check out the Streamline or Skyline website for schedules and stops. We also happily provide a variety of bikes by the car port/entrance of the apartment for you to borrow.

You're going to want to look for a dark greyish black house with number 415 on it directly across from the Pete's Hill parking lot! The entrance is on the side of the main building to the left, blue door (NOT the red door that is our residential part of the building), open the blue door and head down the stairs. This is where you'll find the door code to access the apartment. After you enter the code look for the private room you booked and the keys to lock it will be waiting on the door knob.

Feel free to take advantage of multiple 24-hour parking options: in the alleyway to the left of the carport by the bikes, across the street on the opposite side only (the side by our house will ticket), and additionally you can use the parking lot of Pete's Hill.

As mentioned, there's a lot you can access within walking distance from your front door. If you choose to drive, there is 24 hour free parking! You can park in our alleyway spots if no other guests have taken them already, or along the street on the opposite side from the house, and in Pete's hill Parking lot. *If you park on the street on the SAME side as the house you'll get a ticket! Opposite side only*

If you take a left on our street and walk 4-5 blocks you'll be on Main street. Cross the street and you're at the base of Pete's Hill (cross the little bridge and there is a map of all the trail systems!). Within walking distance there's bus stops for the local Streamline or Skyline buses.

Since the house is almost 80 years old you will hear footsteps from upstairs and possibly Cookie our dog (who loves to say hi), we appreciate you understanding as we live upstairs in the seperate part of the house full-time.
