„Great location, close to everything and very safe neighborhood. House was large enough for our party of 8. It would sleep 9 comfortably (4 couples and 1 single). Our property manager Derrick was terrific! The house showed its age with cracks in the stovetop, master walls, etc, but was was sufficient for a decent rental. Cleaning crew needs to do a thorough cleaning, it was very dusty and you had to be careful where you put your clothes so they didnt pick up the dust. Unfortunately, the heater ...

„This home was the perfect place for our time in Oakland. It's close to shopping & other things the small town has to offer. Ronnie was a responsive host & even had the house decorated for Christmas since our stay was over the holiday. We had 5 adults & 2 kids in our group and the home was great for us to all be together or do our own thing for a while. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Oakland. “

„My husband and I came up to spend Christmas with family and this little place was very close by. Everything was as described. Very clean and queen bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice. I guess the only issue was that during the day it was pretty noisy, lots of loud vehicles going by. However we weren’t there much in the daytime. The train tracks are behind the house but really wasn’t loud. Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.“
