BETT UND BAD DETAILS

Es gibt 4 wunderschön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, 1 ist eine Master-Suite im Obergeschoss mit einem eigenen Bad mit separater Badewanne und Dusche. Französisch Türen führen zu einem privaten Balkon, der perfekte Ort für Morgenkaffee oder einen ruhigen Ort, um mit einem guten Buch nach einem Tag am Strand zurückzuziehen. Die anderen Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und sind geschmackvoll mit von Florida inspirierten Künstlern und modernen Drucken dekoriert.

Dieses wunderschöne Inselhaus bietet einen privaten beheizten Pool, eine teilweise überdachte Veranda und einen Gasgrill. Mehrere Balkone bieten einen großartigen Ort zum Ausruhen und Entspannen. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu den Stränden am Golf und eine kurze Entfernung zur Bridge Street, wo Sie viele Geschäfte und Restaurants finden - Sie können sich einfach nicht entscheiden, was Sie mit Ihren Tagen anfangen möchten. Sie befinden sich auch in der Nähe von zwei Restaurants am Golf.

** Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle unsere Pools sowie der Pool und die Poolausrüstung zu Ihrer Sicherheit von der Poolfirma streng überwacht werden. Wir bitten Sie, die Bedienelemente nicht zu manipulieren. Aufgrund der strengen Lärmschutzverordnung der Insel für 22.00 Uhr werden die Poolheizungen nicht über Nacht betrieben. Wir tun unser Bestes, um sicherzustellen, dass die Pools auf eine Temperatur von 82 Grad erwärmt werden. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass es auch in Zentralflorida gelegentlich für einige Nächte hintereinander zu Kälteperioden kommt. Dadurch sinkt die Poolwassertemperatur in den 70er Jahren. Die Pumpe schaltet sich jeden Morgen ein und heizt den Pool wieder auf 82 auf. Dies kann je nach Schwere der Kälteperiode mehrere Tage dauern.

Top Haus mit super Einrichtung

Wir haben hier eine super tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist in einen sehr guten Zustand, alles ist sauber und die Einrichtung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch der Kontakt mit Debbie war von Anfang an sehr speditiv und äusserst freundlich, es hat alles prima geklappt! Die Liste mit den Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und Restaurants war ebenfalls sehr hilfreich, vielen Dank an Debbie. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir irgendwann wieder einmal nach Anna Maria Island und in dieses Haus kommen können...!!

PERFECT FOR A LARGE FAMILY

Cleaning crew was still there at 4:00, check-in time. Overall, the house was clean, besides some sheets which had not been cleaned/changed. Perfect for our family & close to the beach, for my 90 year old aunt to walk. Lots of beach toys, wagon, & umbrellas. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty towels for the beach & showers.It was nice to have separate areas to spread out, when needed.

Just what we needed!

Our place was clean and decorated well, Rooms were nice and living areas were very accommodating for our group of 7 adults. Porches provided nice views and we would have spent more time there had it not been so hot outside. Place also provided ample beach equipment for all of us. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house, great location!

This house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Seriously a very short walk to the beach. We loved the balconies and the pool area. TV’s in every room. We stayed in the East unit several years ago and loved it, so we were thrilled to be able to rent the West unit in January. A couple of issues: the housekeeping is not stellar. The edges of most of the doors were dirty and sticky and grimy. The floor was not clean. Our socks were black on the bottoms after the first day. The oyster shell light fixture over the kitchen table was caked with dust. I got the broom out of the pantry to sweep and the bristles were sticky and nasty and gross. Several broken window shades. Also, not a single dish towel or dish cloth in the kitchen. The coffee maker is on its very last leg and needs to be replaced. The house is really great, plenty of room, love the pool area, and so close to the beach. We’d definitely stay again. I’m giving an overall review of 5 stars; however, I hope the issues pointed out above will be addressed.

Bradenton Beach fall break

This property exceeded our expectations! From the second we walked in the front door, we were blown away. This property housed 4 couples with plenty of room, we never felt cramped. The driveway held 3 full size trucks & 1 8 passenger golf cart while still having room to move around the vehicles. The property had beach chairs, wagon, beach towels etc… for us to use & they were all in great shape! I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in lovely Bradenton Beach area!

PERFECT location - 1 minute walk to beach entrance We thought it was even better than being on the main road (Gulf Drive) directly across from the beach because we didn’t have the traffic going by directly in front of the house. House had a well equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach things - canopy, wagon, rafts and toys. We would stay here again!

Very nice!

We had a great stay! One issue was the stairs are very steep and long and the stair treads were quite narrow. We have a two year old so we found this very dangerous. The pool area was quite dirty as well. I did have to clean it myself upon arrival. There was a lot of construction going on across the street. We know this is not in anyone's control, but it was disappointing.

House was under construction when we arrived

Had talked with Jennifer at the rental agency 4 times prior to arriving. When asking to check in early Jennifer said that they were installing fans and lights and it might not be ready for early check in. This is understandable however, I asked her 2x if the installation of the fans and lights were going to be a problem and she replied no not at all the house is ready. When we arrived the house was covered in plastic and painters were painting. No lights were connected outside and had exposed wires along with construction debris in the foyer at the front door which made it very difficult to see the key pad to enter the house in the dark. After complaining by phone with no return calls back I started paper trail of emails. They came on our 3rd day to remove the plastic and the painters continued to paint the other side of the house. Very uncomfortable trying to enjoy the back yard when painters are on ladders overlooking us with the radio plasting loud enough that we had a hard time talking to each other. I also called and emailed about the dining table on the patio. It was very unstable and if you touched it, it would shift 6 inches. It was dangerous and we could not sit outside and enjoy the view of the ocean and play games as my family does everytime we get together. My daughter sat in one of the end chairs outside at the dining table and the table collapsed on the ground and the chairs stopped the larger piece from crushing her legs and or feet. I'm not going to nit pick at other small details but this is not what we expected. The table by the pool was unstable and only 1 chair for a 4 bedroom home. After they finally removed the plastic and fixed the table then hurricane Nicole hit. This was not their problem however we could not enjoy the beginning of the trip because all the issues with the house and then mother nature took the last few days we had to enjoy the house. The inside of the house was beautiful but, I did not come down to Florida to sit inside and look out at the view through plastic covered windows nor to sit at an unstable dining table on the patio. The rental agency offered me a small refund of 700.00 on the last night of our vacation after questioning this issue numerous times. I accepted it so I may put this vacation behind me. Not expecting this from a premier host listing.

Great Location

The location is great! You can walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach is right across the street. There is a wagon and plenty of beach chairs etc. The house was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is there were no replacement trash bags or toilet paper, which is typically included in all other houses I have rented.

Best vacation ever

The property was even more beautiful than the photos! For big bedrooms, three beautiful bathrooms, and a lovely kitchen with all of the necessities. You could see the ocean from the front porch where we had our meals. Literally right across the street from the beach! This property had everything you could think of for your stay. Beach towels, everything for the beach and the pool, pots, pans, everything to cook with. We loved our stay here and Wood book this property again in a heartbeat!

Outstanding Stay on Ana Maria Island!

A fabulous two weeks! Probably the best VRBO property we have rented. The villa is beautiful, very tastefully furnished and comes across more as a home (thoughtfully decorated) than a typical rental (bland). The location is perfect, an easy walk to Bridge Street and many restaurant choices, but also a 15 minute drive into Longboat Key for restaurants and shopping. Just 30 minutes into Sarasota. There is a one mile walking path through the state park to the south (you could continue over the bridge into Longboat Key) and the beaches there are beautiful, much more of what you would expect in the Caribbean. Ana Maria Island has a low key, relaxed quality to it, but there is still a lot to do. And the owners are there if you need them. The consistent 5 stars from VRBO is well deserved!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Anna Maria Island. The villa was spacious and beautifully furnished. The gulf view from the front balcony was grand...had two mornings of dolphin sightings while drinking coffee! The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and a blender! The owner thought of every need one might need including plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon to carry everything to the beach...which was just steps away! Our family Christmas vacation was absolutely grand..wonderful memories were made! We definitely look forward to staying here again and again!

Our family of 4 really loved our stay at Starfish Villa on Anna Maria Island. This was our first trip to AMI, we usually go further south on the gulf side of Florida for our winter vacations. This was a great change for us. The villa is very clean, decorated beautifully and furnished with all your vacation needs. The location was ideal for us, we enjoyed the pool and the beach every day! The island is very busy and a lot of traffic is the only negative. The sunsets are amazing, we will be returning and miss it already!!
