Welcome to “On the Rocks”! This professionally designed nautical themed home hosts 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, plenty of space for large families or friends. This property has an elevator and is also pet-friendly. Bring your boat and fishing gear because On the Rocks is a waterfront home with a boat dock.

Step inside this luxury vacation home and you'll be amazed by what this home offers. A fabulous, gourmet kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a huge waterfall island is here for you to enjoy making meals or snacks. After dinner, head to the rooftop deck with amazing views of both the Gulf of Mexico beaches and bay! Rest your mind in one of the 8 bedrooms this property has. On the 2nd floor, you will find bedrooms 1 and 2 both having king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Head up to the 3rd floor which hosts bedrooms 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 - all with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 8, also on the third floor, has a twin over full bunk beds, perfect for younger guests and its own ensuite bathroom.

After taking the 4-minute walk to the pristine beaches, come back to On the Rocks and enjoy relaxing in the pool or spa overlooking the bay. Plenty of seating and dining options outside including a bar counter and stools. Grab a cocktail and head up to the rooftop deck to see spectacular views and amazing sunsets.

Great Stay and Location
our overall stay was great aside from the weather not cooperating. The house was super clean. We did have a power issue with the downstairs lights and an electrician came by and all was good. There was also 2 gentlemen that arrived to do an insurance inspection and spent an hour in the house going from room to room taking pictures, even asking to go in rooms where people were sleeping. All of our friends felt like this was uncalled for while we were staying there and questioned our privacy. All and all our stay was great!

Perfect house for large group
We had 16 adults for family reunion and this house was perfect. We loved that all 8 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Kitchen and living areas were large and fit everyone. AMAZING water views from entire living area as well as from many bedrooms. Saw dolphin in bay. Quiet neighborhood and quick walk to beach. Loved everything about this house!

Thanksgiving Family Stay
House is really nice and having a bathroom for each bedroom was awesome. We filled up every room! Pool and hot tub worked great all week - we spend alot of time in each over the week. Sterile is what we decided was a good description of house and property. Clean, yes, but that description also applies because there weren't expected simple features we had to supply for ourselves. For the kitchen, one hand towel and no pot holders (who brings pot holders with them??) Kitchen minimally equipped. Oven baking pans and other cooking hardware insufficient - ability to house up to what, 20 people? - equipped with cooking hardware for a family of 3 or 4.....maybe. Thanksgiving turkey was not carved since cheap dull knife set is for tearing instead of cutting. Sliding glass door alarms annoying. At first we thought was to keep AC efficient but then we figured out it was security for the area. While rest of family came down from Midwest, I live in Tampa. I was able to stop by my Tampa house a day after checking in and pick up coolers and items from home to bring down when I came back up to pickup family from TPA airport. For folks coming from out of the area (Florida or even international), you'd have to purchase items or do without a number of simple amenities that are irritating to not have when paying the prices (premium for Thanksgiving week) for the beautiful property. Maybe just spoiled with amenities at the other properties we've stayed with provided?

Beautiful home, ehh location
Beautiful home great for large group with easy walking access to beach. Clean, new., great views. Bay facing, so not swimmable. Shoreline strewn with trash and thick seaweed leaving a strong sulfur odor which drove us away from the outdoor area frequently. Hot tub heater was not on, so it was just a pop with jets.

Spacious and beautifully decorated. Views from house overlooking bay made for great sunrises. When tides are low, water in bay gets low, swampy and a bit smelly. Not a problem when tides are high.

Great Large Home
Home was very spacious and well laid out. Our only issue was the pool and spa heater did not work and was not serviced in time. This was difficult as it was a colder Florida weather and could have been out to good use. Otherwise, Our family and friends had a wonderful weekend at On the Rocks!

Terrible Property Manager, Don't Trust AMI Locals to Fix Problems you Have!!!
Property is great, but Pool/Hot Tub weren't functioning as advertised. They were both unheated and not usable. We communicated this immediately upon arrival, but AMI Locals couldn't get it fixed until 5 days into our stay. Every day we were promised that it would be fixed, but AMI claimed that they couldn't "control" their vendors and force them to address the issue. Don't trust AMI Locals to help you, very poor company to do business with,

The home was beautiful, cleanliness just ok, could have been better. The elevator was not working properly, had to call several times for maintenance on it. The outdoor tv never worked as well as the ice maker in the main refrigerator. The view from pool was obstructed by overgrown brush. The rooftop deck only had 1 chair and there was no seating at all off of the one bedroom deck. The decks definitely need more seating. The pool was extremely small. We did like the idea of every bedroom having their own bath and the double washer and dryer. The kitchen is in need of pots and pans and cooking utensils. For the size of the home, it definitely lacks furniture in the living room.

Post Lockdown Family Getaway
This property is as advertised, clean and well appointed! We had four generations of family members on our annual family getaway ranging in age from 11- 83 years old. The pool occupied the teens during activity breaks and the elevator was just what we needed for the grandparents. The rooftop deck provided a 360 degree, unobstructed view of the Gulf to the West and the waterways to the East. Don't miss the sunrise and the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico up there. The management company was responsive to a small issue with a breaker and Chris handled it quickly. I would highly recommend this property. Quick suggestion to the owners: The two larger suites would benefit from a desk and chair. I needed a work space to conduct business (no rest for the weary) and had to work on the bed. Secondly possibly convert one of the king bedrooms into a room with 2 beds. I could get a couple of teens in one room instead of using two king bedrooms. These are just suggestions and not complaints, I really loved the place.

Gorgeous Views, Amazing Home
Celebrated a special birthday with my family and filled all eight bedrooms with room to spare. Big open kitchen/dining with lots of seating on this main floor. Utilized all four levels of this home. Top deck is a must see! Everything you need for your stay is in this house and all appliances are top notch! Renters were very helpful with questions from beginning to end. Overall, a wonderful experience and more so a beautiful birthday celebration in this amazing home!

Fall Break/Mom’s 79th Birthday
We had an amazing time staying at On The Rocks. The house is fantastic. Honestly, the pictures don’t come close to showing the homes beauty and features. The kids were out of school for fall break (teens) and my mom was celebrating her 79th Birthday. I missed in the homes features that there was an elevator in the house which was perfect for my parents to get to each level of the home easily. The kids loved the pool and spa. There is a ping ball table, fuse ball table, corn hole game, and large connect four game for the kids. TV’s located in every room. Also, 2 washers and dryers!!! Every bedroom has it’s own bathroom plus a 1/2 bath on the kitchen/family room level. We have stayed in other properties on Anna Maria Island but this home is above and beyond any of the other homes!! We will be coming back.
