Enjoy the beautiful views and restful waters of Palma Sola Bay from your home. Cool off in your own private pool and enjoy your own lush landscaped private backyard.

The location is ideal with easy access to fishing, golfing, horse riding, spa and wellness, tennis, paddle boarding, bike riding, parasailing, boating and all watersports. Take a short stroll to Portosueno Park to see the Manatees.

This large Spanish home boasts three separate living rooms and a spacious kitchen perfect for entertaining. It has 6 palatial bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy a game of cards and play a game of pool in the pool table room. Everyone can easily have their own quarters to relax and unwind. Come and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the world, here in paradise!

You are a short bike to the sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island and Robinson Preserve, a 682-acre mangrove, tidal marsh and coastal wetland habitat which offers walking trails, kayak launches and picnic areas. In addition, West Bradenton offers proximity to the downtown cultural center, the Riverwalk Park, as well as the theater, museum, IMG, fine and casual dining, farmers market, street festivals, pubs, art center and more. You are convenient to both Sarasota and Tampa airports. Close to downtown St. Pete and Tampa, home of the Tampa Bay Rays Major League Baseball and Tampa Bay Buccaneers for NFL football. We all loved staying at Alyson & David's property. Mattresses are very comfortable, cotton sheets in almost every bedroom, lots of dinnerware, beach cart. Pool 100 of 10 with lots of things for children to play. Alyson and David are great hosts. Definitely coming back

Great home for a special family reunion
We needed a spot that would sleep 12 comfortably and this was a great home for just that! We wanted some thing close to the beaches, and where we could go for walks, go fishing, but most importantly a home where we could all play games together enjoy the pool and make memories- the set up of the home was perfect and that are different family groups were able to have their own rooms and bathrooms, but the family room and kitchens were ideal for everyone coming together to play games and eat meals together. The kids spent so much time in the pool - we went out to dinner finding great food close by. We also bought amazing seafood, and stayed in for meals together.- overall this home was a perfect fit for helping us all come together to make memories that will allow us to lifetime. Also, any question that we had we posted to the host and they responded within minutes so it was comforting, knowing that if we had had any issues they would have helped in a heartbeat.

Great location, poor standard of house
The location was fantastic, as was the size of the house. It was really let down by being in poor condition. A list of things that were broken etc: Beach chairs were broken. When they were replaced, they were of such poor quality that the replacements broke within a couple of hours of sitting on them Roof deck flooring was genuinely a danger. Some was rotting and others warped and sticking upwards. Nobody went near it. Freezer had broken or missing shelves. Wine fridge was completely broken so could not be used There were a multitude of lights not working or hanging off their fixings. We really shouldn't need to be asking to fix these - they should all be tested and made sure to be in working order. Furniture was ripped or had screws sticking through them. Outdoor furniture was rusting There was a loud mechanical noise at night that we could not trace and stop. No clothes drying rack (sounds petty, but this was a real issue when there are 9 people staying with lots of washing to do) No kettle on arrival. One was order but, still, it shouldn't have been a missing item The pool table is completely unusable. No ball would stay still. The kids tired of it within a matter of minutes. We still had a good time as the location was great, but the house itself has obviously not had any work spent on it for years and years and this is now really showing. Too many things didn't work / were broken or missing for this to be one off mistake. A real shame as it could be amazing

This house was perfect for our stay! We booked for my boyfriend’s 26th birthday and it was very very spacious for all of us, the owners provided whatever we needed and it was such a nice location. On our second night we decided to go to the beach and it was only 20 mins away with free parking. The house provided towels, beach balls and beach chairs. Thank you for everything! 10/10would recommend.

Really nice big house
The house was perfect for our family get-together. There was enough space for everyone and the location was very convenient. A lot of stuff in the house felt a little old-fashioned but it didn't bother us. The hosts were very nice and all questions were answered promptly. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful stay here in this very spacious home! We had plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owners were very responsive and answered our communication quickly. The pool was large and the water warm. Location is everything here…. we loved being so close to Anna Maria Island and Sarasota and Bradenton Riverwalk. We loved Robinson Reserve and all the beaches. We came to Bradenton in January 2024 for a 30+ person family reunion, with plans to rent several homes in the area and then meet up with relatives for meals and socializing. Almost every home we initially considered had tight restrictions on large get-togethers and many were unfriendly to the idea of us renting if we wanted to host family meals. Until we found this home - which turned out to be the ideal venue for our trip. It is such a large, comfortable, and inviting space that perfectly suited our needs, was reasonably priced, and close to so many place that we had hoped to visit. The best feature without a doubt were the hosts - Ally and Davey - who provided us with a comprehensive list of local favorite restaurants and activities, checked in to make sure that our vacation was going well, and inquired if there were any issues that we wanted addressed in order to improve our stay. We could not have hoped for a better trip and this home was a huge factor in making it all possible. Thanks for helping us make our family reunion a success!

Family fun in Florida
We stayed between Christmas and New Year’s in this spacious home. We had 13 people from four generations of our family, including 11 adults, a 9 year old child, and a 6 month old infant. The home was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool table, playing games in the family room, and watching movies in the tv room. The pool heater was not working, which was disappointing, but our granddaughter and a few adults braved the cold water briefly. We had family pictures taken on Coquina Beach, enjoyed a dolphin boat tour, and played mini golf and fed the gators at Smugglers Cove. The location was perfect for quick trips over to Anna Maria Island and the beautiful beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It was within an hours drive of 3 airports which made travel planning flexible for us - St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Sarasota. The owners were great and responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the area. Thanks for a great stay!

What a fabulous home! We had the great fortune of staying in this incredible home, for Thanksgiving week. Everything was even better than described. 9 of us stayed here and had the time of our lives. The perfect place to gather with family and friends! So many different places to gather, throughout the home. The outdoor spaces were spacious and very comfy. Our hosts were outstanding! They were VERY responsive...and even dropped off fresh linens and towels, during our six day stay. Alyson and Dave were very personable and warm. We had high expectations for this home...our expectations were most definitely exceeded. We are already planning on returning. We all highly recommend staying here!!! We had a really good time. The house was plenty big enough for the 13 of us. The pool area could have been cleaned a little more (pool had dirt in the bottom, broken toys, screens were torn). Girls Trip
We stayed here for my sister's birthday/girls trip, it was so much fun. There was so much space, plenty of rooms, bathrooms & plenty of areas to relax in. The pool was great for a day of relaxing. Very close to restaurants & beach. Allison was such a delight to deal with. So kind & thoughtful. I had the opportunity to meet her & her husband, they are truly wonderful & go beyond to make you feel comfortable. Beautiful home & very welcoming.
