„Everything was just as advertised. Property was located right on the Sante Fe River a very, very short canoe paddle to the Ichetucknee River.If you haven't been the the Ichetucknee River is a must. There was plenty of room for sleeping and the kitchen was well equipped. The backyard was large and fenced for our doodle. It was very easy to find even arriving after dark. „The cabin is small but has everything you need. From a small fully equipped kitchen to bathroom and kayaks/canoes, the place was great. There was a grill and fire pit. One really big downside was the amount of ticks. You could not do anything outside without one of those jumping on your skin. The water outback was a little dark so not made for swimming but you could go for a little ride on canoe if you wanted.“

„This house/cabin is PERFECTLY situated on the Ichetucknee River. Clean, comfortable… huge screened in porches. It took our family about 2 and a half hours to paddle on the (available) kayaks upriver into the State Park and to the midpoint launch, and an hour to float/paddle back. The river access is… such a treat, and the deck out at the edge was much enjoyed. We saw a couple manatees swim by, even in April, which was a surprise.“
