The home is located in Notch Estates, a private community with hiking trails, swimming pools, grill stations, a 5-acre lake, and more.

As you enter the home’s main living space, get comfy on the plush couch and enjoy streaming on the smart tv. Make use of the fully equipped kitchen with standard appliances, full suite of cookware, and coffee maker. Between the outdoor dining space on your balcony, the formal table with seating for 4, and extra barstools along the kitchen counter, there is ample space for sharing homecooked meals or simply relaxing with a drink.

This home sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

This ideal location puts you within 20-25 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
