„Had a fantastic stay, the accommodation was spotless. Great private garden with hot tub. Owner Alan was fantastic, showed me round the property, was shown how hot tub worked. Everything was provided to make it a lovely relaxing holiday. Plenty nice cafes and shops in edzell to get everything needed. Great base for travelling round and visiting nearby towns. Bed was so comfy, it was warm when I stayed but the bothy was lovely and cool. Will definitely be back for another visit. Best relaxing ...

„What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!“

Amenities as described, we were disappointed at the lack of toiletries as the cute toiletry bottles were one of the deciders between this flat and one of similar price. „The apartment was overall very good, only let down by a poorly fitted kitchen tap, which was very wobbly but worked. „Wir haben die Woche hier sehr genossen: Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Großzügige Ausstattung, viel Platz, Garten, ... Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht (sogar etwas mahr als das!). Die Lage ist idael für Ausflüge in die Cairngorms, man kommtaber auch gut an die Ostküste (z.B. Dunnotar Castle). „This is a small flat in a residential block that provides good, basic accommodations with a Tesco nearby. We were a family of 5 adults, in a transit van, touring Scotland. The on-street parking with a van was difficult due to all the local residents’ vehicles. The host was very responsive to communication and we had no issues that warranted action on their part. “
