1 - There is a No Smoking Policy which is strictly enforced by the Tyra Summit HOA. This includes any cigarette, vape and marijuana products.

2 - There is a No Pet Policy which is strictly enforced by the Tyra Summit HOA.

3 - Service Animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are allowed. The work or tasks performed by a Service Animal must be directly related to a guest staying at the property, and to that individual’s disability. Emotional Support, Comfort and Therapy animals are not Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not permitted.
