Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great comfortable house

We did a 10 day family ski trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is super convenient- quick walk to town and multiple shuttle stops that can take you to main gondola The house itself is very nice- wonderful kitchen and comfortable living space. We had 6-7 people at any given time and plenty of room. Nice decor.

Winter getaway

Great location, great property. Will stay again. Only complaint is that to be so “dog” friendly, it was disappointing that the back fenced area was not usable. Gate could not be opened due to season long build up of ice and snow. Nor was the dog door useable.

Light the Lights Stay

We needed a pet-friendly place, for this stay, since we participated in the dog parade. This property was in a great location for ease of getting to/from town, especially with the snowstorm that came through. Views were wonderful, and the interior made for a warm, cozy stay!

Great vacation retreat

My family and I stayed here for a ski vacation. There were 6 adults and 2 children ages 7 and 5. The house was very comfortable for all of us, we had everything we needed, and the property manger was very responsive to a couple of minor needs. The location is great!

Helluva Hideaway

We had a wonderful stay. The property managers were very communicative and prompt. We needed a new propane tank for the fire table and it arrived moments after I texted. The kitchen is aces. We made dinners and breakfasts. Thoughtfully stocked with great utensils, tableware, pots & pans, etc.

Breck Time

We live in CO, about 2.5 hours away. But in Feb, we like to be closer for skiing, snowshoeing and other winter fun without the drive. This home, recently renovated, was perfect. Pet friendly with a dog door to a fenced back yard was awesome! Xfinity and WiFi were super fast for work times. The property management team is professional and responsive. Location is fantastic and this is definitely a home to bookmark and save for future trips.

Fancy and location!!!

This place is In a great area. It's far enough away for quietness. But close enough to walk into town! Wifi was good. We had a kinda rough checkin because there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom but it was only me and my partner instead of 4 people so it was really fine because we didn't need two bathrooms. Kinda sad the chairs weren't working in movie theater area. But with the leak I assumed they were unplugged for a reason! No biggy. For a longer stay then 3 days we probably would've tried another bed in the house as the upstairs master mattress was very uncomfortable, we woke up with semi sore backs after the first night. Also, living area and kitchen didn't have shades/blinds, but maybe that was the aesthetic they were going for. Those were just little things that we'd add/update if it was ours. But other wise everything fantastic. We were gonna bring our pet and ended up leaving her and they were very accommodating with that decision as it was very last minute. Thanks guys!!

Seriously, positively changed my opinion of staying in Breck

This place was absolutely PERFECT!!! My husband and I used to live in Summit county years ago and once upon a time we went back for a visit and stayed in a big condo hotel like place…and HATED it…we decided Breck didn’t meet our nostalgic memories anymore…then a few weeks ago, a front range friend of mine and I decided to head up for leaf peeping and stumbled upon this place….SOLD!! I am so glad I love Breck again…I can’t wait to come back and stay in this lovely property…and bring my husband with me next time!! It was PERFECT!! We loved the quiet but walkable location, the kitchen is FULLY stocked, beds comfy, movie room was great, very clean and LOVED the outdoor fire!! Note to visitors…the folks across the street put their trash out too early and some animals had a good time with the contents…follow the trash rules if that’s part of your stay Incidentally, there was a little issue with a shower but the property management contacted us and we were compensated for it and it was handled appropriately…not a big deal and very receptive group!! Thanks again for the stay!!!
