The Breckenridge Golf Club, which was rated a top-ten public golf course in Colorado by , is less than a mile south, and converts to a fantastic Nordic ski center in the winter months. Excellent hiking, biking, and snowshoeing are also mere minutes away on the famous Colorado Trail.

Great place!
We had a great time! House was perfect! Loved the ski boot and glove dryer, the sleds that were provided and the hot tub after a day on the slopes! My only gripe was the patio/deck around the 2nd level had accumulated snow that had iced over and made the patio practically useless. Snow shovels were provided but it was ice and no longer snow.

Lovely mountain getaway
The house was a great fit for our family (a total of 6 adults and 3 kids). Our daughter did get several splinters from the deck from crawling on it once, but there is a sign stating they are getting a new deck. If you visit before, make sure to wear shoes on the deck to avoid splinters. We ended up buying tarps to put down so our baby could still crawl outside. The deck has lovely views so that’s where we spent most of our time. We had a few minor issues, but the management was so kind and quick to fix everything! I would recommend this place and definitely stay again!

Perfect family getaway
Our family of 10 had an excellent vacation in a beautiful home, located in a perfect spot for enjoying all that Breckenridge and surrounding areas had to offer. The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood away from many of the more touristy activities, but only a 5 minute drive to downtown, and about a 10-minute walk to the free bus route. The kitchen and outdoor living areas were able to accommodate us all at meal time, and each family unit was able to enjoy their own bedroom/bathroom. This clean, updated home was the perfect home base for a week of exploring trails, rafting, and fishing, with a kitchen equipped to cook our daily meals together. There is so much to do we almost didn't get to enjoy the hot tub, but it was a perfect way to start or end our busy days. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Breckenridge!

Our family of 5 and guest (total of 6) had plenty of room for our five night stay. Hot tub was great, plenty of dining space, large family living room and basement space. Our youngest slept in the loft, so everyone had their one sleeping space. House was easy to get to and just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge.

Cool in the Mountains
This property is in an ideal location, (for our use) away from any traffic and city hustle and bustle. And coming from 5,000 feet and very warm weather, the coolness of the mountain setting was so relaxing and comfortable. The home is spread out, so our use of four out of five sleeping areas gave each of us all our own space, but the common areas of kitchen/dining and living spaces were great for getting together. A few things need just some simple fixes, so really, I'd give this a 4.8/5. But don't let that deter you, this is a great property.

The house was great. It did get warm during the day but windows and doors were able to help with breeze. The only issue we had was sugar ants all in the kitchen and downstairs area, along with crickets and spiders.

Great house and location, a few inconveniences
Overall the house and location was great. We did find out after we checked in that the electricity did not work in the great room. We were then told their was an issue and the electrician had not completed fixing it (which wasn't fixed for the remainder of our trip). Master bathroom door wouldn't lock, ironing board was broken, and we saw lots of ants and spiders. You can tell the house is rented a lot but overall the layout and location makes it a good place to stay.

Spectacular Home
This home is absolutely amazing. The home is large and has two living areas so it can accommodate everyone. Plenty of space rooms for a large family. The check in process was flawless. The property is gorgeous with plenty of room for larger groups. We really enjoyed to big open rooms and the kids enjoyed the downstairs area. Its about a 5 minute drive into Breckendridge, without losing the feel of a peaceful, mountain cabin.

Fun spot to enjoy the Breckinridge area

Fun Family Home
Overall location and property was nice for our family to stay at. We loved the hot tub. House is starting to show some wear and doors thru out house do not shut. The master bedroom and additional bedroom on main mattresses were not very comfortable. Other beds in house seemed ok. Only one garage stall is able to be used, description appears to show 2. That was a bit disappointing. Master bathroom had ants and as our week stay went on there were a lot of spiders in property. We had a water leak under sink and property management did take care of this right away for us.
