Willkommen in unserer wunderschönen Custom Lodge im prestigeträchtigen Hochland von Breckenridge. Die Moose Crossing Lodge befindet sich in ruhiger und dennoch verkehrsgünstiger Lage in der Nähe des Breckenridge Golf Course und des Gold Run Nordic Centre. In unserer Gegend gibt es viele wild lebende Tiere, und wenn Sie Glück haben, können Sie bei uns zu Hause ein paar Sichtungen machen.

Dieses Haus liegt nur 5 km von der Breck Connect-Gondel entfernt. Dort gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze zum Skifahren und die Stadt Breckenridge. Die Stadt Breckenridge bietet eine Reihe von Aktivitäten sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Nachtleben.

Dieses Haus wurde von einem der besten Architekten in der Region Breckenridge entworfen, so dass Flow und Funktion erstklassig sind. Zwei separate Wohnbereiche mit Riegeln bieten ausreichend Platz für große Gruppen. Kickertisch für diejenigen, die im Haus spielen möchten, sowie HD-Fernseher mit Kabel für Sehvergnügen. Fabulous House
We have been bringing our 3 adult grandchildren and their spouses to Breckinridge to ski for the past 5 years. This house was spacious, beautiful, spotlessly clean and perfect for the 8 of us. Everyone LOVED the heated floors--perfect for running around in socks. We have found "our" place and will be back next year!!

Ski New Years Family vacation
Overall not bad but few issues do need addressing. Second smaller bedroom on main level is COLD (our visit was in December/New Years) and adjusting thermostat did nothing and the fireplace in this bedroom is only for looks (nonfunctional). This same bedroom is not a true bedroom-no closet just a furniture armoire in a corner and the room is tiny but we made it work. The rest of the house is hot at night no matter thermostat setting. Downstairs is especially hot at night no matter thermostat setting so need windows opened. Neighbors are quick to complain (Karens are watching). Not enough larger wine glasses. If you drink cabernet then take your own red wine glasses cause the ones provided are for champagne or port only. The master bedroom on main level has big shower but the hot water gets cold fast especially if others have recently showered-this is a major bummer. It doesnt run out of hot water it just turns colder minute by minute so constant adjusting of water temp is needed. Overall the house was good despite the above remarks and we had a great time (2 families and a set of grandparents). Its about 5 minutes from town so its quiet and garage is big enough to hold 2 large SUVs. I would recommend this property and the only reason I hesitate to give it a perfect rating is because of the above shortcomings. Clean and up to date appliances and comfie beds.

There were nine of us, four “adults” and five boys, ages 18-20. The five bedrooms worked really well for us. The two master suites worked well for the adults and the other three bedrooms were plenty of rooms for the boys. The view from the back deck in the morning was fantastic. The boys really enjoyed the spa at the end of the day. The boys stayed downstairs most of the time which was nice. Overall, a perfect fit and great accommodations.

Great house for a family ski vacation!
The house was as stated, our group was very pleased with it. We were 2 families of 4 and a set of grandparents. The bedroom arrangement was perfect. The younger families with the kids were all able to stay downstairs. The kids loved the foosball table! They had their own TV on and fireplace and could be as loud as they wanted without disturbing the grandparents upstairs. The adults loved the wet bar in the downstairs den as well. The main floor was very roomy with plenty of seating in the den and the dining area. The mud room was also perfect for all of our jackets and boots. There were plenty of dishes and spices for us to use. The only complaint was a need for more big utensils (cooking spoons) and bathroom washcloths. Ryan was very easy to work with and answered our text/call very promptly (even in the evening!) I would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful Home Base
This was a great property to relax in while enjoying the winter wonderland around us. So long as you go in knowing it is a little longer drive to get to the slopes/town, nothing bad to say. The Wi-Fi was a little unstable at times, but not sure if that was an issue with the home or the internet provider. Overall, it was an excellent property for two families, a total of eight people, to enjoy.

Comfortable house in quiet setting with beautiful mountain views
One of the nicest things about this house was the two separate living areas so a large family could spend down time doing different things. It also had plenty of space to park 3 cars. We were there for Thanksgiving week and found pans, dishes, some baking pans and a hand mixer and blender all helpful in the making Thanksgiving dinner. There are tons of regular water glasses but only 5 wine glasses which seemed strange for a house that says it sleeps 12. Also, there were only 6 towels for the hot tub. The one queen bedroom seemed to be more of a den with a bed in it. No closet, dresser or easy access to more than a half bath. We made it work, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The management company was very good about telling us directions and instructions ahead of time. We would recommend this house despite these few issues that can be easily resolved by either management or owner.

Overall very pleased with this property. Having access to a 2 car heated garage was a big help. The accommodations were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Accessing the hot tub was very convenient from the lower level with plenty of Hot Tub towels. The home is very accessible even when it is snowing. Bathrooms were spacious

Great stay!
The house is 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and in a nice neighborhood with gorgeous views. The pictures don't do it justice! The house itself was perfect for the 7 adults and 3 kiddos that stayed there. We had plenty of room to spread out and it didn't feel too cramped to have everyone in the dining room and kitchen when we were prepping meals and playing card games. The mud room is right off thr garage where the washer/dryer is and was large enough to hold all of our ski/sledding gear including coats and boots. The floors in the bathrooms are also heated which made for a nice surprise. The beds are super comfortable as well. Overall a fantastic stay!!

Very nice family vacation home
This was our second time taking a winter trip to Colorado. This time with more family. It was 9 of us total. There was a snow storm the first couple of days of our vacation. We had a few challenges with the driveway being plowed but, Ryan was amazing at making sure things were taken care of. The house was beautiful and spacious. My room was located downstairs across from another room that was locked. It was a bit noisy at night once everything was quiet. Not sure what the locked room is used for but, it was noisy. Kitchen was well stocked, view was amazing and the Jacuzzi was the best! Please be aware of the annoying neighbor. We left our van parked on the street right in front of the house when we were waiting on the plowers to come clear the driveway and she walked over taking pictures of our van and told us that it is illegal to park on the street. I explained that we were waiting on the plowers then, she expressed that she would hate for the police to come by and write us a ticket. The next day she left sticky notes on the front door telling us to turn our lights off and do this and don't do that. It was very annoying to have the "HOA President" giving us the neighborhood rules during our stay. Overall it was a very nice stay. Make sure you have 4X4/AWD because the driveway is a little steep.
