The included parking space in the heated garage makes loading/unloading your vehicle easy no matter what the weather is outside.
Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, etc in downtown Breckenridge.
Trails and ski lift are just outside the door.

Guests will have full access to the hot tub, sauna, spa, workout facilities, and lounge area.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is a true ski in/out unit and is walking distance to downtown Breckenridge! In summer, the ski trails are great for hiking and biking.
Getting Around:
The condo is on the Breckenridge free bus route, which runs every 15 minutes during peak season. This condo is located on the black bus route.
Other Things to Note:
There is evaporative air conditioning in this unit. The parking garage is designed for cars; large vehicles will have difficulty fitting in parking spaces. garage clearance is 86”. The bedroom is not fully enclosed; it opens to the hall towards the kitchen.
