„Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere ans good Restaurant. Very good Public Transport, directly connected to Victoria Station. The rooms are absolutely OK, but not in pair with the 5-star Rating. (Some Things Not in good condition f.e. in the bathroom) Minor flaws but we really enjoyed our stay!“

„Lifts are not enough for rooms they have, I think, so you wait and wait and when it comes, it’s full. This is the only minus point for me. Otherwise the location is just off Oxford street, buses and Mable Arch tube station is very close. The communal areas ( lobby, corridor, room doors…) are a bit dated but the room was nicely renovated and fairly large for London. We had Nespresso coffee maschine in the room! Staff at the reception was very welcoming and I felt immediately comfortable.“
