Outdoor Area: Back deck off from main level living area with outdoor dining table. Unit is near to the top of the learning center quad and bunny hill. To ski in you can access from the beloved "2-Mile Home" ski trail.
Extra Features: Free high speed wi-fi, cable TV with Roku and DVD player, washer/dryer and linens/towels provided.
Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.
A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay; please leave all trash in the home and our staff will take care of it! If you need additional pickups during your stay, they are available between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm at $10 per pickup.
Pool & gym pass program subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort.

This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. Absolutely No Pets. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. -At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-2 car maximum; $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations
-Groups with more than two vehicles or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No open flame within 10 feet of building including propane and charcoal grills. $250 fee for violation. Electric grills allowed.
-No fire pits. $250 fee for violation.
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Pets not allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from unit.
