"I love this location, private, pretty and quiet. Check in and check out was easy, the pools we could use were in decent shape. The only things that were kind of a bummer was that our fridge freezer was so full of frost that you cannot actually close the fridge all the way and the beautiful tranquility pool was closed. Won't keep us from coming back though!"

"Everything was perfect, even the extra snacks and little water bottles was a nice touch. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a water filter either in the fridge or right on the kitchen faucet I have one at my house and it makes tap water taste a lot better. Had a blast there!"

"I expected a typical townhouse size and I was pleasantly surprised with the large rooms. It was 4 floors with plenty of room for our 2 families. The little ones were really excited about the toys in the lower level. It was a nice surprise for them. Ha ha"

"The home is well located near town and clean with great views of Cannon Mountain. When they say rustic, they mean it : with young kids, consider is you’re ok with bees and wasps. We saw a lot inside the home, alive and dead. We were told the following: “While it's not a common occurrence, dead bees or other insects can occasionally appear overnight. To assist with this, a vacuum was made available in the home for guests to clean the dead bees.” I’m not talking aboutfew here and there in...

"The customer service through the rental company vacassa was awful, I was told there weren’t blankets, a stocked kitchen etc which there was all on that. While traveling with two babies I ended up packing all of this bedding I did not need. The walkway, stairs, deck and path to the trash were not shoveled, nothing was de-iced and entry was very difficult, once again with two very small children."

"The townhome was very clean and cozy! We loved the modern updates and appliances. Beautiful views from all rooms! The only drawback was the noisy AC units, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Lots of dead ants which we vacuumed up upon arrival. Location was great toilet upstairs and so we shut the water off to it. Windows were open when we got there. We did close them when we left."

"We had to relocate to this property because of problem with first property. We were disappointed it did not have the hot tub that the first location had and was smaller, however the location was very good and the area was nicer than the first location. The townhome was nice and well appointed. The only problems we had were that the sheets on one of the king beds were not clean. Also the temperature controls were locked and set at 55 degrees with notes to Stay that way. It was very cold sleeping...

"In a nice area, inside is cute and clean. Need to update the listing. It is listed as "Two-story charming retreat w/deck, private gas grill, and private washer/dryer" There is NO gas grill."

"The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken"

"We traveled to Jackson to hike for s couple days. The house was a perfect launch spot and had everything to make oir stay comfortable. Very clean and a wonderful host. We will be back as my woman’s group is planning a hike trip this fall,"

Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Perfect location for those of us who enjoy being away from the crowds, but close to everything you want to do. Lots of natural light and a lovely mountain view."

"We were on vacation in New Hampshire and this was the perfect location. The privacy of the property was amazing and the views of the mountains can’t be described. The layout of the house is fantastic with the bedrooms spread over three floors so everyone got their own space. It was also a big benefit to have a bathroom on each floor. The house is beautiful and was exceptionally clean. We will be going back."

We were there in the fall to see the foliage but I can see how this place would also be ideal for a winter ski trip…or really any time of year. Simply a beautiful home!"

"Great place to stay with the family. Children’s books, and fenced in yard makes a great place for two year olds. Older rustic feel with updated kitchen. Comfortable two bedroom upstairs with a/c in every room! Five minute drive to story land. We will definitely return here someday in the future!"

"We had 4 adults stay here for a home base for skiing. As advertised, plenty of room and very clean and comfortable at a good price. Great location. Plenty of kitchen amenities. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return if available."
