Upon arrival, there was no designated parking for hotel guests. We had to park wayyyyy down on the end. It was freezing and windy. As much as we paid, there should be closer parking or valet. When we entered the hallway there was an awful smell. Like burnt crayons. It was so strong, our clothes smelled like it the whole way home. When we entered the room, we noticed the bed was messy. Blankets looked like someone sat on the bed and the pillows were just thrown against the headboard all messed up and one folded. Not very interested in sleeping there. In the bathroom there was no place to put dirty towels. Anytime we ran the sink, it made a loud awful noise from the shower drain. The room did not appear to be cleaned the way it shouldve been. Restaurant was great! We decided to stay in casino as long as possible, to not have to be in the room. The gaming area was really dirty. Machines were gross and sticky. The cups the drinks came in were sticky 2 out of the 3 times. We waited quite awhile to get a drink. We had to hit our call button and request someone to come over finally. When we wanted to check out, there were ladies standing in the back room talking, not watching the front desk. I had dropped my cards in the express box and wanted to make sure we were doing the correct thing for checkout. But we ended up leaving after waiting for someone to help us. We paid almost 200.00 for one night!! There was nothing special about the hotel and will not be staying there again.
