The accommodation comes complete with a well-equipped kitchen with a roomy breakfast bar, and an extendable oak table seating up to ten people. The open-plan living area has a comfy corner sofa and further chairs for everyone to relax, play games or watch the 60” Smart TV. The master bedroom with SUPERKING sized bed, 50" TV, and handcrafted desk, has doors leading out to the patio and hot tub area showing the far reaching views over the rolling Dorset countryside all the way to the sea. Bedroom 2 can be set up as two comfortable single beds or perfectly joined together to make a Superking sized bed - please detail requirements on booking. Bedroom 3 is a cosy room with a king size bed. A shower room with walk-in rainfall shower enclosure, wash basin, and WC completes this lovely retreat. The large entrance hall has ample space for coats and shoes, and also has a utility area with washing machine. With plenty of rural charm, the outside space gives you everything need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The highlight of the outside facilities is by far the private 8 person electric hot tub where you can relax whilst gazing up at the night sky. Outside dining table and chairs, with blankets and cushions for outdoor use gives you all the tools you need to enjoy the panoramic countryside views all the way to the sea at West Bay. The generous garden extends to the fenced farmland, which is used for a variety of purposes, from grazing animals to growing crops or a hay meadow. The outside space adjoins the ample parking area which is not totally enclosed.
