„My daughters and children (my grandkids) decided to get together for a couple of nights for some fun in PEC. This wonderful place offers everything advertised and so much more … everyone loved every minute together in this fun, fantastic location! My only negative is the late check-in time (4pm) & the very early check-out time (10am) … because we only had a 2 night stay, the 6 hour window between check-in & check-out felt like our holiday had been cut short. „The reservation and access process went smoothly. Communication with host Julia was most helpful. The home is beautiful and was more expansive than we needed. The grandchildren had fun exploring the property finding the games and toys. „We had a wonderful long weekend!! I can not say enough good thing about this VRBO. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. All you need to bring is food and clothes. Everything else is provided for you. Hot tub was the perfect tempature. Fire pit had plenty of wood. Close to wineries, cideries and the beach. It is in the center of everything. We will be back!!“

„The property is nice, it was clean and had the things you needed for a weekend away. The only issue I had was a glitch in VRBO that said there was a hot tub in the property, when there was not. However, the host was very responsive in dealing with the issue. The host was also responsive before the stay when I had questions prior to the stay when we had questions about the property. Friends and I were in the area to visit some vineyards and the area has lots of options within a 20 minute drive“

„Brand new, with spacious great room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This home is clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with all you need to cook, dine, and relax. We were able to bring our small, 7 lb dog and he slept well in his crate and went outside on his leash. Back deck and fence are not yet completed.
