„Nice hotel in a very nice location. The building has been renewed recently, the room is spacious, very clean. A good breakfast for an Italian hotel. The staff is very positive and helpful. The only thing I have considered awkward is that the toilet and the bathroom does not have a door and your roommate can hear and see everything ! “

„Phenomenal stay. The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, the sitting area was compact but useful, the bathroom was very nice. Reception was fantastic - especially Federica who went out of her way to be of assistance. Breakfast was endless and delicious and included. The building was very modern and very well priced. I can’t say enough nice things about this place - if only they had parking! Otherwise it would have been perfect.“

„We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. „This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy.“

La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ?
