„This is the second time we’ve stayed at the boathouse and we have really enjoyed both times. The best part is the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of sunrises, perfect for enjoying coffee first thing in the morning. Only complaint we have is the TVs. The living room tv was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all.“

„We loved our stay. No time to fish but thoroughly enjoyed the captivating view of the lake through the 3 sliding glass doors out to the deck. We met in Donalsonville to take in a football game in Tallahassee. Avoided the crowds & high prices of staying close in. The home was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, ie Hilton could not have done it better. We will plan a fishing guide with a pontoon boat when we can come back for a longer stay. Thanks for your hospitality!“

„From a family trip to an all guys trip this place is exceptional. Clean, neat, tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. Handy boat access. Had a 21’ ranger and 17.5’ tracker docked at dock with no issues. We will be staying here again in the future. “

„Where to even start?! I was blown away from the moment I stepped through the door and again as I turned every corner. This was such a beautiful place to stay and I will cherish the memories we made here forever. The ceilings, the chandeliers, the pipe organ, the rafters in the kitchen. „We arrived pretty late but Gina was super friendly and understanding and still showed us around at 11 or 12 at night. She even got us an anniversary gift since we were staying for our ten year anniversary. She made us feel truly valued and I appreciate her so much for that. The place is really cool as well. „We came in on Wednesday night and stayed until Saturday. Everything was nice except the floors were not as clean as they could’ve been we had to wipe up syrup off the floor by the table after having stepped in it. But other than that it was quite nice. Love the front porch room loves the view of the water. we would stay there again and hope they clean the floors this time“

„The house was really nice and cozy. The door was a bit of a pain but nothing to make me take away any stars. The neighborhood is so quiet and I loved sitting at the picnic table listening to the boats. We couldn't figure out how to get the satellite TV to work but that is alright we enioyed having family time. Will stay again.“

„Excellent check-in. Motel is completing refurbishment. Room 212 was a tiresome walk for two seniors, no elevator. Room and furnishings we new and clean. Ample USB ports, 1 found at each lamp. Bath, very nice and upgraded with all new fixtures, separate from sleeping area. Breakfast was adequate, sausage with biscuits and gravy, toaster waffles, cereals, coffee, tea and juices. Suggestion: Provide a comfortable chair for lounging. “
