Our beautiful house is located on the path way to Brisbane and Gold Coast, and many more tourism destinations. Only 25 minutes drive from Brisbane CBD and 30 minutes from Gold Coast attractions, such as Theme Parks Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet and Wild, 30 minutes from Brisbane Airports. This modern 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms has almost everything you desire for a home, Enough parking for cars and plenty of off street parking available.

Disappointed
The property was not clean and lacked basic cooking equipment such as knives to chop and cutting boards. we had to clean every room - dead ants everywhere. Could not lock the front door so I lost a day of my holiday waiting for it to be repaired. I didnt go on holiday to clean. Host we were dealing with was not the host and when we sought some type of refund they did not get back to me - promised but didnt. Thats why the review is this long after.

COMPLETLY RUBBISH. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR . DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE
Photos online are old and the property looks nothing like this. It's old, run down, dirty and unsafe. The house looks nothing like these pictures at all, and not because they have been airbrushed ! Screen doors do not work , shower heads are broken, the yard is a disaster. Ive seen cleaner better equiped bbqs in public spaces , it was filthy dirty without gas bottles . The heating/cooling unit was full of dust and mould spots. No top sheets on any of the beds. The down pipes outside are all rusted and broken . Communication with landlord is a joke, and he ignores emails when he gets asked to be accountable. The spa out the back is in shocking condition and you would not be able to get in it with out a Hazgurad suit . It was green and full of bugs. The shed in the back yard had rubbish in it with milk in cartons which had been there for many months. The property had been damaged extensively prior to our September visit which required Police interventions in our stay to take forensic evidence . The clean up from this had apparently occured but there was still glass in the couch, on the floor. Ripped curtains, full rubbish bins and blood outside. Windows were taped up with cardboard and chip board . And if that was the only problem ( the windows) and this was going to be fixed we would have been a fraction happier but it wasn't. We tried to work with the accomodation providers for emergency accomodation but this was not successful . They are off shore and useless and transfer you to other areas and the calls drop out and you have to start from scratch. We had to purchase our own kettle, tea towels and sharp knives. Minimal kitchen appliances and dishes. We had no choice but to sleep here due to accomodation avalaibility in the area but i cant stress enough how awful it was . I would never take my children here, it would be to much of a risk . Support from stayz and vrbo has been non existant . Any favouable comments in reviews must be written by friends of the landlord . Give this place and landlord a miss

DO NOT STAY HERE
We were approved to stay here for a few nights and host my 30th birthday. Everything looks great on the ad, but the photos are about 5-8 years old. You pay a cleaning fee and the house isn’t clean when you arrive - wipe all benches and kitchenware before you use it and check under beds for rubbish including condom wrappers!! The front door lock may play up and if they don’t have a key for you to use you can’t lock the door - actually you can lock the door from the inside but you can’t unlock it and then you are stuck inside! Made worse when the back sliding door won’t unlock - serious safety hazard! We were promised multiple times a day that the locksmith was coming, but he never did. The lawn was not mown until the day we vacated so we couldn’t use the lawn games we bought for the party. Though not advertised as having a spa, there’s one in the backyard which is stagnant and full of mosquito larvae. Bathrooms looked clean but didn’t smell it; the main toilet seat doesn’t fit the bowl, there was no toilet roll holder and the ensuite shower head flew off mid shower hitting a mum in the face, narrowly missing her three month old she was showering with! The furniture is dated and not like the pictures - the day bed was broken - missing a leg which my brother found out the hard way when he fell on the ground! Even one of the beds collapsed after a couple of nights. What should have been a stress free weekend was anything but. After more than 6 weeks of back and forth, all I’ve asked the host for is the service/cleaning fee refunded but apparently the host is not the owner and Stayz.com is saying they can’t help at all - time to go to A Current Affair!

The house was amazing, quick reply when you communicate with the house owner. The house has everything such as internet, Tv etc … The house need a new cattle and the double beds room need to have its own door.
