Welcome to our 5-bedroom home, the quiet and peaceful suburb of Deebing Heights is located within the Ipswich region.

Our spacious and comfortable house is perfect for families and larger and working groups.

The home is conveniently located near many local attractions and amenities, such as cafes, shopping centres, markets, and theatres.

We're looking forward to hosting you and making your stay enjoyable.

Welcome to our beautiful 4-bedroom home.

Our spacious and comfortable house is perfect for guests who wish to experience both the tranquillity of suburban living with the excitement of being a short drive to the city.

Guests will enjoy plenty of space to unwind, the living room boasts natural lighting from the large windows and doors.

Snuggle up on the comfortable sofa at the end of the day and watch the large flat-screen TV perfect for a movie night.

The open plan lounge/kitchen is both practical and inviting for all to enjoy, cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances including a fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The island bench gives plenty of space to socialize as you prepare dinner, you will find ample storage and all the necessary cookware, utensils and dishes to enjoy your time away.

The Master Queen bedroom is situated at the back of the home; it features a large walk-in robe that leads into the ensuite; the bedroom itself offers a large dresser with a mirror and is very spacious.

Two queen bedrooms flow off from the master room at the back of the house; both feature ceiling fans, soft pillows for a good sleeping experience, and tasteful furnishings with ample hanging space for clothes.

The one-bedroom features two single beds, a ceiling fan, and a built-in robe; please read the disclaimer regarding the bunk beds and your safety.

At the front of the home, you will find the 1st bedroom, which may inspire the smaller guests to visit; this room also features a low-line bunk bed.

A separate toilet and bathroom with vanity, bath and shower are located in the middle of the home.

For your convenience while away from home, we have also supplied a washing machine and washing liquid so you can do any necessary washing while away. The clothesline is out through the backyard and to the left of the home, and there is a handy clothes airer in the laundry.

Outside, you can enjoy the sunshine on the patio furniture, which overlooks the fully fenced yard.

During your stay, you'll be able to enjoy all the amenities we have to offer, including:

-High-speed Wi-Fi
- Central air conditioning and heating in the main living area.
-A patio with a fan and outdoor furniture, perfect to enjoy the sun and fresh air.
- All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
-A two-car garage with internal access to the home and plenty of additional parking in the driveway.

Pets are allowed with prior approval, two small dogs or one big dog - OUTSIDE ONLY-
owner to pick up all droppings.
Bowls and bedding are to be supplied by the owner of the animal.
No animals in the bedrooms, on furniture or bedding.



Have a little one?

We can provide a travel cot, bedding, and a high chair for your convenience, but you must request them as they are not left at the property.


NB—Any breach of ANY House Rules will result in the cancellation of the booking, guests will be required to leave, and strictly NO refund will be given.

We kindly ask that you take note of the following important information regarding the bunk bed in the bedroom:

Ceiling Fan Awareness: There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. When climbing onto or sitting on the top bunk, please be cautious of the fan's proximity. Ensure that no one, especially children, stands, jumps, or extends their head above the top bunk to avoid any risk of injury.

Avoid Hanging Off the Side: Do not hang your head or any part of your body off the side of the top bunk. This is essential to prevent accidental contact with the ceiling fan or falling.

Parental Supervision: We strongly recommend that parents supervise their children using the bunk bed to ensure their safety.

By using the bunk bed, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. The accommodation provider accepts no responsibility for injuries or accidents from using the bunk bed or ceiling fan.

You have full access to the entire home and yard with a lockable garage.

Hosts are available for any questions you may have and prefer to communicate via messages in the Airbnb app, and we will do our best to reply in a timely manner if out of business hours.

If there is an emergency, please always call.

Drive or Uber wherever you need to go, everything you need is located within a 4 min drive to the home.

Ample parking with a flat driveway and garage, you will find enough space to pack 2 cars in the garage and 2 on the driveway, please do not block the neighbor's driveway or park on their lawn.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES- or you will be asked to leave, no refund will be given.

If you lose power, please search-
power outages/outage-finder and this will give you an indication of if the area has a power outage and all updates.

There are 2 gas bottles located around near the clothes line these run hot water and the stove top.

If one runs out please contact host immediately.
Here are some important rules that you should know while staying with us:

N.B – Upon booking with us you have accepted our terms and conditions and understand that this home has a STRICTLY NO PARTY RULE – if neighbours alert us of this, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately, with NO refund for this booking.
-Do not bring additional guests or pets without prior approval from the host.
-Please be respectful of the hosts property & belongings.
- Keep the home clean and tidy throughout the stay.
-Please be considerate or the neighbours and be aware of the noise after 11pm.
-Please do not park on the grass or block the neighbour’s driveway.
-Please do not leave any rubbish or food within the house upon departing.
-Please do not smoke in the home.
-When checking out, please lock all windows and doors and leave the key back in the lock box.

- Please place any remaining dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn them on for our cleaners.
-Please place the local council bin out Sunday night for collection; if this happens to be missed during the stay, a fee may apply to have the council called out to empty.

Animals are allowed inside the home; however, they are NOT allowed in the bedrooms or on the lounge at any time. If we find anything damaged due to an animal, extra fees will be applied for a deep clean and damage.

- If you do have an animal is also booked in on your booking, please ensure all droppings in the yard are taken away or an extra $30 to pick it up will be charged.
-Report any damage or issues to the host as soon as possible.
-Check out on time and leave the home clean and tidy.

Power outage—If you lose power during the stay, you will find a torch under the kitchen sink. To find out about any possible outages, please search the Energex website and enter the street name. This will give you any details and updates you need regarding the issue.
