Secluded Nature Retreat, Just a Quick Hop from Vancouver
We spent two weeks in the house and loved every moment. The architecture is stunning, nestled among massive trees with a perfect ocean view from the kitchen, living room, and patio. The interior design is tasteful and minimalist, creating a calming atmosphere. With no TV or stereo, it was easier to disconnect and relax. Overall, it was a 110% experience for relaxation, reconnecting with family, and embracing nature. Definitely a 5-star stay!

Beautiful view, nice modern home
Overall, this home worked well for us. It's in a lovely location with a gorgeous view, and it was clean and easy to navigate. The three bedrooms on the ground floor were good, and the laundry room was well stocked. However, a few things could be improved. The listing features a Peloton and includes a photo of it. The Peloton is in another room off the deck, which does not have a wifi or cell signal - a complete dead zone. Moreover, the Peloton has no active subscription, so it can't be used with virtual instructors. Since there was no signal, we couldn't even use it with our music. There were minor things, like no wine opener and a cracked French Press coffee maker lid.

Beautiful!... with minor issues.
The property is great! Amazing views and heated concrete floors! Loved it! Fit our family of 5 very well. Dogs also were very comfortable there. However, there were some minor fixable issues. When we arrived, there was a somewhat large puddle of water on the concrete in the kitchen. We cleaned it up, but later it reappeared and we learned it likely came from the freezer door. The freezer could not close fully. Additionally, there was an ant problem in the kitchen around the sink. They were crawling around the cracks in the counters. We got rid of the ones we saw, but it was a bummer to have to deal with these issues the day we arrived.

Quick, quiet, forest getaway
Our party of six, myself, my husband, two kids and their partners had a wonderful weekend here. This is an easy getaway from the city and an easy access to the beauty of the west coast. Beds were comfy, view was outstanding and the time together was precious. We played games with the kids and reconnected after they came home from university for the weekend. We will be back!
