„It was a friends and family gathering. Nice place and surroundings. Right on waterfront. Can’t complain how easy it was to access water. Kayak’s, paddle boards, the biggg floating mat all added to the fun. Great property. We had good time. An opportunity to reconcile property manager clean up instructions to what was posted inside the property. „We had a great time at Songbird View! The house was perfect with an amazing view. There was plenty of room for our family to space out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed for our stay. We enjoyed lots of our meals on the deck. The kayak and paddle board were great for our children and the adults to enjoy. The extra boat slip was a nice touch to use for jet skies.“

However, this was our first year at ‘Floating and Boatin’, and it beyond surpassed our expectations. The home is so beautiful. The views of the lake make mornings on the porch heavenly, and the dock with its many toys impressed all of us from age 4 to age 76! „We really enjoyed this lake house, we had a really good time. Lots of amenities available on the property for entertainment. Some upkeep could be done to the place, new lightbulbs , and just general maintenance but other than that, great time! We do an annual men's trip and this is our first time doing it at Lake Gaston and we want to come back here in the future “
