„We had a wonderful time. The home was nicely updated and was the right size for our family to enjoy. Being able to walk right out to the lake was very peaceful. We enjoyed all the amenities like the fire pit and hot tub. We only wish we could have stayed longer. “

„This property was gorgeous! A couple of places to eat at within a 5 minute drive if you wanted to eat out, and a stocked kitchen and grill if you wanted to eat in. Bedrooms spread out so you weren’t sleeping on top of each other. The Sun room was amazing!! We loved eating meals out there, and especially loved enjoying a cup of coffee there every morning! Would stay here again!!!“

„Almost Perfect for our needs. Child gate to protect access to beach. VRBO host / owner generously shared things like beach towels/ water toys, etc.. things you can’t really pack when flying to SD. Only negative was access to dock needs repair — broken wood unsafe - which I had to block access to.“

„This house has a great deck (with patio table & chairs) in a private fenced in back yard. Very lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail! The house is very charming with lovely original woodwork, built ins, cool old light switch "buttons". The kitchen is remodeled and very beautiful. Lovely dishes, glassware, coffee pot, all the kitchen necessities. Very convenient location for whatever brings you to Brookings. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.“
