We provide guests access to our entire home. Guests can use all parts of our home including the laundry, the backyard space, the sun room, the hot tub and river are to be used at your own risk. The shed is not accessible to the guests.
We have Starlink high speed internet for those looking to live the nomad lifestyle.
There is a golden doodle next door that likes to let you know he's there. He is a little noisy when you come in and out of the house. He lives outdoors all day. He is on an invisible fence and knows his boundaries.

As you revel in the idyllic setting, you may occasionally encounter mother nature's buzzing offspring like mosquitos and black flies, particularly in the warmer months. But worry not, as we've equipped our cottage with a screened-in porch allowing you to soal in the natural beauty while keeping these winged visitors at bay. Remeber to secure all doors to remain this comfortable sanctuary.
Occasionally, you might spot other wildlife such as skunks and raccoons, a testament to the authenticity of your country experience. As for our tinier uninvited guests like mice, ants and earwigs rest assured we take preventative measures seriously. Our property undergoes regular inspections to maintain a rodent-free environment, and each room, including the kitchen and hallway, features rodent deterrents however, as nature is mysterious, sometimes you will encounter pesky insects inside. We do our best with traps as well as natural remedies, however, some still sneak in. We kindly request that you do not unplug or remove the devices.
In the unlikely event that a small critter does make an unscheduled appearance, we urge you to notify us immediately. Our team is committed to ensuring your stay remains as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, and will swiftly address the situation.
While we always hope for perfect weather during your stay, sometimes Mother Nature has her own plans. Please understand that we can’t offer refunds due to unexpected weather changes. Rain, snow, or shine – we’re sure you’ll still have a cozy and memorable time at our year round place.
Ye Olde Sailor is not for parties or events. Guests are limited to the 6 people, unless separate arrangements are made to make sure your plans align with acceptable use. Out of respect for the residential community, this is not intended to be a "party house."
We provide you with supplies for a limited time. Anything after that is the sole responsibility of the guests.

Enjoy your stay at our river view home in Alberton, PEI. In order to maintain the quality of our accomodations and ensure a pleasant experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
*No unregistered guests allowed on the premises
*Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms
*For your safety, hygiene and the longevity of our hot tub, PLEASE no food or drink in or around the hot tub. Have a good time but leave the tub for just soaking.
*We kindly ask that you respect our check-in and check-out times
*Please take care of the furnishings, we know accident happen, and if something does get damaged, please let us know immediately so we can address the situation and report any damages immediately.
*To maintain comfort and layout of our accommodations, please do not rearrange the furniture.
*Fireworks causes fires. Lighting fireworks or sparkler is absolutely forbidden.
