Large family friendly house with amenities everyone can enjoy. This house has over 9,000 square foot of living space, 9 bedrooms, and can sleep 27 people. Keep everyone entertained with the heated, indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and poker table. Come across some nice days and the kids could have fun on the outdoor play set.
The main floor consists of two beautiful sitting rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a very large dinning room table. There are two sleeping areas on the main floor, a king bed adjacent to the living room overlooking the woods, and a queen bed off of the second living room. Currently no shower on the main floor.
Upstairs you will come across 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and twin over twin bunk beds. Connected to this bedroom is a large bathroom with a large walk in shower and tub. On the other side of that bathroom is another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over full bunkbed. Continue down the hall and you will find a full bathroom with a washer and dryer and another bedroom with a king bed. The last two bedrooms upstairs are next to each other and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. These bedrooms have a queen bed and then a queen over queen bunkbed.
Find your way downstairs to come across another large sitting area and a six person poker table. The basement also has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The one bedroom has a king and a queen bed, and the last bedroom has a king bed.
Only a few minutes from the Michigan Speedway, Bundy Hill Off Road Recreation LLC, and the town of Brooklyn, MI. Also not far from Devil’s Lake, a public lake with a public beach.

Girlfriends Work Retreat
We recently stayed at this property with a group of 22 women, and it was absolutely perfect! There were plenty of bedrooms, and each one was fantastic—comfortable beds and lots of space for everyone. We especially loved spending time around the fire pit and in the pool. The pool is deep, so I’d recommend bringing some floaties. The hot tub and the deck were great spots to relax and unwind. This place is ideal whether you’re looking to relax, go for a hike or run, or just have fun with friends. We also enjoyed exploring the adorable nearby town, and Callaghan’s coffee shop was a hit with the girls. We had an absolute blast and would definitely come back!

We had a great time on our family vacation! We really enjoyed the indoor pool with all our littles. We had some issues with the TV Roku system and Seth shipped us a new one next day. We did have some issues with the hot tub not looking very clean and some ants in two of the bedrooms. Other than that it was a great trip!

Annual Family Vacation!
We have stayed at many houses over the years, this one was the best! I usually come home after vacation and start looking for the house for the next year, I think we all decided to return to this one. My family included eight adults and eight kids ( ages 1-14 years ) and this house worked well for everyone. The house was super clean, a great layout, and plenty of space to be all together. The pool was totally enjoyed by all!

Excellent and peaceful vacation home.
Our stay was pleasant - the home was perfectly suited to housing our four families. The kitchen was stocked with the dishware, pots, and utensils we needed. The dining table was large enough for all of us. The pool and hot tub were large and fully functional. We made much use of the poker table for cards and board games. Overall, we all had a great time and highly recommend staying here!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this property. The 9ft pool was a big hit with the kids (infants through teens). We enjoyed ping pong and corn hole tournaments in the garage and were able to accommodate a big number of people for all the meals in the spacious kitchen. A nearby baseball field provided a great place for group sports activities.

The house was beautiful, the kitchen was so detailed with supplies for preparing meals for our family. The kids loved the pool, the house was clean and well taken care of. Only hiccup was air conditioning in the majority of the house was not cooling. Fortunately the weather wasn’t extreme so we tolerated the lack of cooling as best we could, disappointed in that.

Getaway for the Weekend.
This property was very beautiful and this house felt like a mansion. I went with a group of 18 guys including me. We had a really fun time, our goal was to have a retreat because I was getting married. The owner was great and the surrounding town was great as well. I just wish that I had held my group accountable for some things that happened during our stay but overall it was a great experience that I hope someone else can enjoy.

We used this house for our family during our son's wedding weekend in Jackson. The home was fabulous. There are many rooms for housing so many family members, and the pool and decks are true to size in the pictures. The only comment to be aware is there are no toiletries included (shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc) but if you plan ahead this is a fabulous property.

WOW!!! The house is amazing!
My 9 siblings and families spent the weekend with our mom for the anniversary of our dad's passing. This house was the perfect set up. So much space for everyone, no neighbors right next door, and everything we needed. I hope to be back next year.

We rented the property for s mid sized groupnfo preteens and we had an excellent time. We had room to have teaching sessions and pmenty of space to spread out in reflection while joirnaling. Between the pool, garage ping pong area, woods to explore, and game tables there was plenty to do. One of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Would highly recommnend.

This is a great property for family reunions. We had 22 people from 6 months in age to 72 years old. There was ample space for everyone to be together and plenty of rooms to have space apart, even secluded spaces for little ones nap times. We rented this for a family get-together and it was a fantastic experience! The pool was warm & clean. The house was massive, but still felt welcoming. The furniture (beds, couches) was very nice. We would gladly stay there again.

Incredible for Groups!
Our organization was looking for a location for our annual leadership retreat. Our team is small, but we needed a home with enough space for everyone to have their own bedroom. This house was the perfect fit! It's HUGE with many bedrooms and bathrooms. There are many places to gather for group interactions as well as spaces to be more isolated as needed. And, in the middle of the winter, it was incredible to have team-building activities to do right at the house-- movie/TV watching, game room, indoor heated pool. This place was awesome, and now many of us want to return here again!
