„We were first stuck at the airport with no shuttle service and the phone service did not help at all until we decided to get a Lyft. The AC was terrible loud, so that you couldnt sleep. Therefore the shuttle system to the airport worked perfectly fine and the restaurant was good for a fair price.“

„ich habe keine Angst vor Hunden, aber so viele Pitbulls habe ich noch nie gesehen und viele Haufen ums Hotel. die ganze Nacht wurde auf den Treppenaufgängen irgendein Glücksspiel gespielt. ich hatte wirklich ein unsicheres Gefühl.“

„Front desk was understaffed when we checked in. Clerk overwhelmed. Took about 15 minutes to get to us. We were told the hotel was full when we checked in with our reservation. The second night there, we returned late from an awards dinner and all parking spaces were full.“

„Das Hotel liegt 10min per Shuttle vom Flughafen BWI bzw. Bhf. entfernt. Das Hotelshuttle (bis 22h) ist kostenlos. Gegenüber gibt es ein Restaurant Ruby Tuesday und einen kleinen Supermarkt an der Tankstelle. Zum Frühstück werden neben Kaffee u. Tee leider nur Muffins und Musliriegel gereicht. Geschirr gibts vom Zimmerservice. Zug nach Washington mit MARC Train USD 7 einfach.“

„We booked this place specifically for the pool, because it was the first picture in the ad, and listed by the website that we booked through. As I understand, this might be a marketing problem, it is also a broken promise. Also the tennis court was already closed, the kids were very disappointed.. staff was very nice though!“

„Nice hotel, nice location But the staff is terrible unprofessional and not able to check you in in an appropriate time. It took me almost half an hour to check in. Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room. Also it’s very hard to find a grocery store in Baltimore. “
