„Unfortunately we could only stay for one night. However one night was enough to capture the beauty of this place. The welcome was warm and we were shown our Caravan, which had everything you would expect from a hotel room. Everything was taken care of even a small breakfast. The nature surrounding this spot was just fascinating and we really enjoyed the birds singing around us. We had a nice bbq and even a ready to light fire waiting for us. „Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely.“

„It's hard not to love any time spent at Broulee, especially when it's a great location, close to the beach (surf club), and close to the shops, cafes and brewery. House is perfectly comfortable, but fairly basic. Overall a good base for a family beach holiday. “

„Great communication with the very friendly and generous host. Easy check-in. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet street full of old trees and you can hear the surf and lots of birdsong. The apartment is freshly and tastefully renovated and has wooden decks on both sides of the house, so you can follow the sun or the shade. The beds are comfy, the apartment spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Extremely relaxing setting. 100 % recommendation!!“

„Nice beach house with smartly renovated bathrooms and kitchen (Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, etc). There’s a big TV with streaming services which was great for movie nights. However bring your own Bluetooth speaker if you want some tunes. Location is great - one street back from the beach. Beach is unpatrolled but is quite flat and we found it quite safe for swimming.
