„Great get away, remote yet within easy reach of Nevada City and Grass Valley. Was a wonderful place for our post-thanksgiving family retreat (7 people, ages 17-83 plus dogs) where we bonded with lots of good conversation in the lovely house which is well designed with open spaces. Secure gated area for dogs which is very nice. Lovely property to stroll around. Recommend day trip to Empire Mine and to Nevada City. Overall, a terrific visit“

„This is a beautiful big country cabin and the theme holds up through out. Only caution is it can be hard to find at night and there is no cell service in the area. Know exactly where you are going before you go. Also, make sure you see all fees before you book. I would stay there again if I had a larger group. “

„The location near the Cascade Canal Trail and the proximity to town are two great reasons to stay, but the house is just so comfortable! Beautiful views from every window. Large, nicely designed and well appointed kitchen and each living area a place to mingle and share time with family and friends. The bathrooms are beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. „This is a very cute little place in the woods with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. We were bummed that the hot tub was very dirty and unusable. We cooked in the kitchen and immediately noticed a strong gas smell. We turned off the oven and opened the windows but not before we got headaches and lightheaded. We did not see any co2 detectors but that doesn’t mean they weren’t there. The kitchen also had a substantial ant problem. My husband had an allergic reaction to something in the ...
