„Overall the quick stay was fine. Only issue was breakfast was supposed to last till 10 on a Sunday and the staff was clearing out, putting up, and unplugging the food at 9:30-9:40. Had to ask for several things that they had taken and put away. If your breakfast is posted until 10am, leave it out for the customers until then. A group of firefighters staying at the hotel didn’t get much of anything because it was all put up. “

„The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though. ...
