On the South side of the lake, enjoy the natural Sand Hills countryside, quiet solitude, or drop your boat in at Van’s & get on the water!

Our family home sits up on a hill overlooking the lake, hence the properties affectionate name – Lookout Lake House. We recently remodeled the entire house and it is split into two sleeping zones. The Primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom on the north side of the house, overlooking the Lake. Three additional bedrooms and the guest bathroom run along the south side of the house. Enjoy the open floor plan and amazing lake views in the center of the home in the spacious living room and kitchen. Take advantage and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The garage is fully furnished as a spot to hang out on days when the weather isn't is best, or to spend the night making memories playing cards.

-SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King Bed (Sleep Number bed) + Futon + Smart TV + Full Ensuite Bathroom | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Two - Twin Bunk Beds (rated for 250lbs per bed w/ a 10" thick mattress)| Bedroom 4: Queen Bed + Smart TV | Full Guest Bathroom next to the three front bedrooms.

-PARKING: Up to 4 normal vehicles can park in the driveway. The driveway is a steep grade and made of gravel. We do not allow boats or any oversized vehicles to park at the top of the driveway. If you are bringing a boat, it can only be parked in the additional parking area below the house upon request.

-BEACH ACCESS: Guests will have access to our private natural neighborhood beach. Being a natural beach, you may see sticks, rocks, and possibly trees at the waters edge dependent on water level . When using the neighborhood beach please pick up after yourselves & please do not leave any trash behind. If you are looking for a well maintained beach, Bayside Beach, is 5 mins to the east on the beach frontage road.

-OUTDOOR LIVING: Furnished deck (outdoor table for 6), propane griddle grill (propane not provided - guests will need to bring their own propane)

-MODERN INDOOR LIVING: 65" Smart TVs (Chromecast, Apple Airplay, or log into your favorite streaming app). Large 9ft dining table for the whole family, laptop-friendly workspace, furnished garage

-KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, Crock-Pot, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices

-GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, highchair, iron/board, cleaning essentials

-FAQ: Keyless entry, exterior security cameras, sloped & rocky terrain throughout property (children must be supervised at all times)

PLEASE NOTE:
- MAX OCCUPANCY: 12 guests.
- Propane is not provided; you will need to bring your own to use the grill & fire pit
- Wood burning fires are prohibited on the property due to fire danger regulations set by Keith County.
- Camping is not permitted on property or on the private neighborhood beach.
- One of our family members who uses the home has a service dog. We do clean extensively between each stay. As such we cannot guarantee the home is 100% pet allergy free. Thank you for understanding!
- We HIGHLY recommend 4-wheel or all-wheel drive when accessing the private neighborhood beach in front of the house, otherwise, you will get stuck and will need a tow.
- All guests must be clearly accounted for on the reservation.
- If there are guests who stay over night and exceed the guest count per the reservation, we will assess an additional $100 per night/ per guest charge.


***The water level of the lake is dependent on Nebraska Central Public Power. NCPP draws water depending on the water requirements for the agriculture needs within the state of Nebraska. As such, the water level proximity to the house may increase or decrease depending on the state's requirement for water in a given year. ***
