Located across the road from the picturesque Brunswick River and a short stroll to our stunning local Surf Beaches.

4 Bed-room house with detailed finishing touches to enjoy. We loved creating this stylish, yet super functional and warm family living light filled space. We have used local builders, artists, and textiles featured throughout the house as our way of supporting the local arts culture and businesses.

LIVING AREA & KITCHEN
The living area upstairs and kitchen extends out to a patio area to enjoy outdoor BBQs whilst looking over the back deck onto the swimming pool and children’s play area. The house has central aircon and heating as well as a fire place. The main bedroom, living and kids rumpus room have the latest flat screen TV with access to Netflix etc. Our house is child proof with removable safety gates throughout.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, soda stream, smoothie maker, fridge that comes with filtered water and an ice maker. All tea and coffee is provided and please feel free to use any of the condiments in the butlers pantry.

Enjoy the sunsets on the verandah over looking the Brunswick Nature reserve. Undercover dinning with a stainless steel BBQ and Pizza oven.

BATHROOMS x 2
The bathrooms are all beautifully tiled with silver travertine and have massive shower heads. The main bathroom has a large plunge bath.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1.
The main bedroom has a king bed + day bed that can be converted to a single bed for a child. TV, fans, reading lights and walk in robe with ensuite. The daybed windows open up to a deck where there is a private space and waterfall that tickles into the pool.

Bedroom 2 & 3
Queen bed with a daybed that can be converted into a single bed for a child.

Bedroom 4.
Kids / Rumpus room
Queen pull out sofa bed also very comfortable for two adults. TV, kids games, books, toys. Travel cote and high chair available.

All rooms have excellent natural lighting as well as blackout blinds. Windows are double glazed. To stop out road noise. All rooms have fans, central air-condition as well as light dimmers and reading lights.

Pool area:
The kids or adults will enjoy the endless fun of sliding into the pool or playing a game of Pool with our new billiard table or jumping on the Trampoline.
Comfortable daybeds to relax and read. Surrounded by beautiful native and tropical plants.
Relax and enjoy while the kids are entertaining themselves.

For those that are more adventurous we have stand-up paddle boards, fishing rods, and pushbikes to go explore.We have included lots of extras for your enjoyment.

House Manual contains; Restaurants, Leaflets, Maps and "Things to do in our area”.

Standup paddle board, x 2 light weight so you can carry across the road to the river.

Enjoy the pool slide, floating devices and billiard table.

Lots of games back yard games and trampoline for the youngsters.

Fishing Rods 2 x rods, a bucket and all your fishing needs. NB. You can organise a day fishing licence when you buy your bate across the road at the Caltex Service Station.

Beach Buggy with wheels. All your beach needs such as umbrella, towels, rug, and chairs.
