„The house is right on the water, with a nice view off the deck. It was just as described, and I would recommend it. The only downside is that you HAVE to buy an insurance policy in case you break something. I have never had to buy any kind of insurance for this, and I despise buying extra insurance on anything because it is usually a waste of money. Plus, on top of buying the insurance policy, they also put a hold of $500 for any other discrepancies. “

„We had a 5 generations come and stay at the location. The location was extremely clean and had so many beds and bedrooms and big open dining, kitchen, den area that was great for visiting with family. We did have issue with one of the Fridges not staying cool and had to put everything in the second fridge and the clothes dryer did not dry. The property manager was very responsive and passed this information on to the owner of the property. Overall it was a very positive experience.“

„Really enjoyed our stay. The house was so unique. My friend kept getting turned around and going to the wrong room lol. We had a minor electrical problem and after notifying the host, he had electricians there within hour and the issue fixed. I was very impressed. This horse would be awesome for a large group. There are so many common areas you could enjoy your stay and not even see each other. We lived the rustic look of the horse. Will definitely use again! “

„The house is well stocked with everything we needed to cook with and needed for our stay. There is a dollar general and gas station 10 minutes away if you forget to bring anything. The gas station has bait and fishing gear if you’re wanting to put a line in the water. The dock was a favorite place for the family to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back!“
