„Overall impression of this property is: if you are backpacking or travelling on the cheap, this property would be well suited for you IF it was listed at half the price. You get one room (no refrigerator, the kitchen cupboards were empty (no utensils, pots/pans, dishes), no beach chairs, one lanai chair, yes a/c) and one bathroom (no hot water in shower). The private and outdoor space (upstairs balcony and downstairs courtyard) really expands the useable area creating a much larger feel complete with a small pool and hot tub. Centrally located in the SBV and directly across main dirt road from a small convenience store. The interior/exterior has been intricately designed with lots of detail.
