„Firstly our host Jeff was always available to answer our questions. Air conditioning keep us cool after our excursions. Everything worked. We rented a 12 person boat and docked it in front of the house for 2days. This is a place that is perfect for large families with little kids and all ages. Lots of stairs if you have mobility issues. Great game room with access to the pool. We had so much family fun and got to bring our dogs. Walmart is 5 min away. For anything you need. Thanks Jeff!!! ...

„This was a great trip. The host was great and responded quickly. When the pool stopped working due to the hose coming out we paid $50 to have it fixed. When the pool man couldn’t come that day she refunded the money and the pool man came early the next day. I would have like there to be more pots and pans and also there wasn’t a broom or mop. „We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool on the river is amazing and there is an awesome dock. The house Manager Dawn was attentive and handled any questions we had. The kitchen is in need of remodeling as well as kitchenware. The only other issue we had was no hot water at kitchen sink. The house is great and we will be going back next fall!!“

„This was a very nice property located in a clean, quiet neighborhood. There were plentiful amenities throughout the kitchen and bathroom which helped to make our stay even more enjoyable. Beds were clean and comfortable. Parking in the large garage was a plus! Property manager was very nice and communicated well. The purpose of our weekend stay was for a family wedding. Should we need to come back to Bullhead City, we would definitely want to stay here again.“
