We rented a 12 person boat and docked it in front of the house for 2days. This is a place that is perfect for large families with little kids and all ages. Lots of stairs if you have mobility issues. „Lovely, quiet location, close to restaurants, shopping and not far from the casinos. The house was cute, had plenty of kitchen prep space and a nice layout for the four of us. The backyard had a pergola and dining table near the grilling island, for outdoor meals, which we used much of the time. Nice garage parking-ideal to protect our vehicle from the Arizona heat. „This was a great trip. The host was great and responded quickly. When the pool stopped working due to the hose coming out we paid $50 to have it fixed. When the pool man couldn’t come that day she refunded the money and the pool man came early the next day. I would have like there to be more pots and pans and also there wasn’t a broom or mop. „The property was ideal for our family with plenty of space for everyone. It’s so nice to be just steps away from the water to the house, and we took advantage of that convenience. Just floating on our tubes or enjoying the great view from the deck. It has its own dock, so we rented jet skis and had a blast. We originally planned to have dining out in the evenings but no one wanted to leave. We all had a great trip.“

„We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool on the river is amazing and there is an awesome dock. The house Manager Dawn was attentive and handled any questions we had. The kitchen is in need of remodeling as well as kitchenware. The only other issue we had was no hot water at kitchen sink. The house is great and we will be going back next fall!!“
