„Nice place. Would be a little small for more than 4 people. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of bedding available. The seating in the living room could be better. There's only one couch for sitting. There's 2 small dining tables - one in the living room - but they wouldn't be comfortable for any length of time. One bedroom doesn't have a place to hang clothes or a dresser. Otherwise it's a great little place for a short stay. “

The layout was perfect, kitchen was well stocked with anything we may have forgot, the bedroom and bathroom are very suitable, quiet and very relaxing. We watched the grey squirrels, birds, and deer from the kitchen it was very cold outside so was not able to use the deck.“

„Great beds, very clean place. Property feels private. Only downside is the dozens of little flies that come inside when you open the front door if you have ANY Lights on inside at all. Even in late November, this was a very real problem, with no apparent solution except to just stay inside. If the fire pit is not your thing, just stay inside, I guess.“

„A historically rustic cabin with modern amenities that make it very comfortable. Cozy but not cramped…well appointed to make it a safe, accessible and a very enjoyable venue. Conveniently located to the lake and town but, as the name implies, tucked remotely in the woods. “

„I've always had the grandbabies over for a Christmas weekend of games, Gingerbread & cookie decorating, dance lessons, and bonding with their cousins. „A beautiful cabin, so very comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The well-equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation, and the comfortable living space was perfect for curling up with a good book, TV and lots of DVDs to choose from. We enjoyed the firepit in the cold weather. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a truly memorable stay.“
