Space
This incredibly convenient unit is a delightful surprise. Bigger than you would expect and with lovely thoughtful touches throughout you will be sure to feel at home!
To access the unit you'll head down a well lit staircase to the front door which opens up to a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area. The fully appointed kitchen allows the option to cook your meals at home while chatting with friends or family in the living spaces. With a smart TV, Wifi, DVD's and books there's plenty to entertain yourself if you just want to snuggle up on the couch and have a comfy day in.
The two bedrooms are separated from each other by a hallway and the kitchen area, providing privacy and space to spread out. With a queen bed and plenty of storage you'll be comfortable - the only question is who gets the bedroom with the spectacular ocean view?
The bathroom is compact and functional. The laundry is spacious and provides access to the lovely garden at the back of the property.

Private access is via steps at the side of the house. The unit is fully private with entrance located of the street. Parking is in the garage. Please do not park in Unit 1 entrance.

If you're in the North West region, which includes Burnie, Wynyard, Devonport, and more take a peek at the 'MerseyLink' bus service website for their timetables. If you're heading to or from Launceston and the southern spots like Hobart, make sure to swing by the 'Kinetic' website. The road can be busy at peak times, please be careful when entering and exiting the driveway.
There is a set of stairs to access the unit.
The unit is underneath another unit and we ask to minimise noise for everyone's enjoyment.
