„I loved this property! I loved the,"night sounds." I loved the front large porch with tables and chairs. We spent most of our time there. The movie selection was right up my alley with old-timey movies like North to Northwest, Young Frankinstien and M for murder. We spent all day at the pool on Sunday. The host was very kind. „The property was amazing. It had great views and the house was very nice. There isn’t water access and the fire pit was filled in with dirt so we couldn’t use it. The pictures made it seem like we could access the river but was not the case. Other than that the property was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. „Booked this last minute as the Klamath river wasn’t fishing. Have to say it ticked all the boxes. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. The deck in the back is large and overlooks the river. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Plenty of room in the driveway to fit our truck and raft, could easily get two boats in there. „Great location and clean property. These are the tiny houses near a riverside, the views and beauty is serene. Owner was responsive, however, we needed extra bedding but didn’t get them for the night. Turns out I did not use an after hours line, so you want to be careful when you call. Some basic supplies like coffee, sugar, oil in the house would have been nice. There’s no grocery near by.“

„Gorgeous house, that slept all 9 of us, with pool and hot tub. Spectacular view of the Trinity River. A few minor problems: the microwave was out of order, the coffee pot didn't work, we couldn't get the over head fans to work in the upstairs master suite. The pool house had no AC and was very hot for our daughter and her family, even tho the weather was cooler than it could have been.We were given a checkout time of 11 am but the housekeeper arrived at 10:30 and said her app showed 10. “

„This was me and my partners anniversary and this place did not disappoint! The owner was able to help us when we got lost a few times. The location is quite far out but that’s also a huge plus for us! There was so many amenities and I loved how inclusive it was with the awesome/easy to use propane heaters along with fully operational kitchen, bathroom, and gorgeous outdoor shower with hot water! We stayed in the tent and loved every second. The owner was really kind and accomodating!“
