„Unclear instructions on how to get in. Took a few tries. Check-in was far too late. I was unable to get in prior to my plans because Check-in was at 6pm. Because of that, I wasn't able to get in until 1:30 am. It was very tough to find at that time and there wasn't very much for parking. However, it is a good spot for 1 night when passing through.“

„My husband and I had a beautiful stay in Gertrude for two nights. The property is beautiful and feels secluded but is close and convenient to everything you need. The only thing to note is that the only cooking facilities are a small grill and a kettle for tea/coffee. Also a mini fridge. All worked perfectly, but good to know for planning!“

Convenient location for our son's wedding at Evergreen Farms, lots of space and parking, modern kitchen, working internet and modern TVs (that even allowed streaming from our phones). Easy interactions with both the manager and the owner. Now the not-so-good. First, the owner was supposed to meet us at check-in, but never showed up. „The pictures were accurate and for a VRBO the furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable! Many times we’ve had a bed squeak all night or a mattress that was like concrete….not here! The driveway is very tight to get in and out of and if parking is occurring on both sides of the street, it’s even harder. The outside is rough but you can tell they’ve tried painting, etc.“

„Our stay the end of May was wonderful! Excellent communication from host for our arrival and time there. Great weather let us enjoy the beautiful lakefront including wading in the water at the small sandy beach, plus sitting on the dock with morning coffee as the sun came up. Dunkin is literally around the corner from the apartment, was super fast to grab breakfast and coffee then get on the highway.
