Guest Access:
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the property. This includes the main home, the cabin and porch areas. The property is completely private.

We value the guest experience and wish to ensure every guest has a safe, enjoyable visit. Please note:

1) There are no parties, undisclosed pets or events on the property. Additional guests beyond those on the reservation are also not allowed on the property without express permission from the host.

2) We maintain exterior security cameras - located at all entrances, driveway, porch and pool areas - and noise monitoring devices to ensure the safety of guests and the property.

3) The use of the hot tub is at your own risk and there is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the hot tub facilities involves certain risks, including injury or death. Guests are responsible for monitoring children around the hot tub at all times.

4) We allow a small pet for an additional fee. Undisclosed pets will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.
