„Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. „Safe and quiet, the units at golf course apartments are spacious, functional and uncluttered. The staff are warm and welcoming and the property is kept neat and tidy. There is a pool, gym, tennis court and squash court and nice gardens and walkways to satisfy your exercise needs. Its located very near restaurants and malls in an upscale area. Its also conveniently located beside the Kampala Hospital.“

„Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.“

„The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but ...

„My stay at Villa Karibu felt like home, the staffs are all amazing, the location is very convenient to lots of amenities. I am definitely going back next year. Brian, Josephine, and Emma are amazing, they love children, even now when our son shows the pictures and videos Brian and Josephine took, he smiles. I still communicate with Brian from time to time. „Excellent service, but it is outside of Entebbe, and the internet is very poor. The host is amiable and goes over and beyond to make his customer comfortable. The problem is you can spend a long time getting there, and a taxi asks 90 dollars to drop you off. Beautiful place overall“

"Unser Zimmer könnte ein neues Bett gebrauchen und morgens wurde man um 7 Uhr von eifrigen Reinigungspersonal unsanft geweckt. Ansonsten war das Servicepersonal sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen lecker. Der Garten-und Barbereich war ruhig und man konnte herrlich entspannen."

Close to the airport with breathtaking view

"Very nice hotel close to the airport. Service was outstanding friendly and perfect. Room was big and very clean with a breathtaking view over lake Victoria. Same view you got from the rooftop bar which offers a lot of food and drink options and is a very cozy place to stay. Airport transfer works without any problems. To some other pubs, restaurants or Victoria mall it’s just a short walk of 5 mins. Same to the beautiful Botanic Garden. The Zoo could be with a 5 minute drive. Thank you very much I will like to return."
