Bay Beach House—Beachfront Bliss near Town

Bay Beach House welcomes you with its bright and airy interiors, stylish timber accents, and thoughtful design, making it an ideal escape for families and groups. Upon entering, you'll find a cosy TV room with a large corner sofa and reverse cycle air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is a fully-functional kitchenette and a secondary dining space that leads to the undercover patio where you can easily serve snacks as the kids play outdoors. The fully enclosed backyard ensures peace of mind for families with children, while the fire pit (only available in winter) provides the perfect gathering spot on chilly evenings. The ping pong table adds a fun touch for competitive family moments.

Upstairs, you’ll reach the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for family meals, and the dining space flows effortlessly onto two balconies—featuring a BBQ, alfresco dining and loungers overlooking the peaceful Peppermint trees. The ultra-spacious living area is kept comfortable year-round with reverse cycle air conditioning, while the pot belly fireplace adds warmth and ambience during the cooler months. The primary bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king bed, a walk-in robe, and doors opening to the balcony. The upstairs bathroom includes a standalone shower and a separate toilet for added convenience.

Four other bedrooms are conveniently situated downstairs—a queen bedroom, twin bedroom, one with a single bed, and a kids’ bedroom with a bunk and single bed. The ground-floor bathroom comes with a standalone shower, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay. With direct beach access, a 10-minute stroll to cafés and boutiques, and free driveway parking, Bay Beach House is the idyllic place to experience the best of Dunsborough.

Please note, firewood is not provided for the fireplace and is available from the local service stations.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $280. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
