Situated in Wilyabrup Vineyard Estate,  Lang Chalet offers you the opportunity to visit an array of wineries and breweries that are all within a stone's throw of your front door. There is also easy driving access to a range of different beaches for surfing, fishing, or just enjoying nature with the family.

Use the kayak which has been provided for your use on the dam and take in the beautiful surroundings. In the Winter, gather round the outdoor fire pit and toast marshmallows or, choose to hibernate inside with the log burner roaring. A house for all seasons!

With 4x bedrooms and 3x bathrooms, Lang Chalet is your perfect getaway for those family memories to be made.

Please note that this property has unfenced access to deep water.

A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
