Summerville Treetops: A Stunning Valley Retreat

Summerville Treetops is an Eco-conscious holiday retreat located in Yallingup Siding with stunning valley views that extend to the distant edge of Geographe Bay.  The home is set on a rural property sprawling across 4 acres and surrounded by native bush.  Newly built and designed to accommodate multiple families holidaying together or even a small corporate team looking for a team building retreat, Summerville Treetops boasts a beautiful open plan living/entertaining area complete with log fire and panoramic views over the treetops offering the perfect setting to disconnect and recharge.

This secluded luxury accommodation is a spacious 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom residence, making it perfect for an extended family, although the house remains cosy enough to accommodate a single-family or couples getaway. It is located in a central location to all the local attractions with Dunsborough and Yallingup only 10 mins drive up the road, Goanna café on the doorstep, and the very hip Wild Hop Brewing Company and Aravina Estate only 5 mins up the road.

The Space:

The open plan kitchen is fully-equipped with a high quality, large SMEG oven and all other utensils needed to cook up a storm for the family gathering. Once the chefs have finished in the kitchen, gather round the large dining room table or make the most of the beautiful views and dine outside. For the coffee lovers, you will find a Delonghi coffee machine, just be sure to bring your favourite blend with you. The house has ducted air conditioning in all rooms.

You can open up the living area to lead straight out to the large alfresco complete with an outdoor setting and BBQ where you may choose to sit with your favourite glass of wine or beer from the many wineries/ breweries in the area, whilst taking in the relaxing scenery and wildlife.

The main sitting room has a stylish sofa with enough room to cosy around the wood fire, while you enjoy a family chat or play games. Just off from this room is a theatre room with a widescreen TV/DVD for those relaxing evenings. There is also Netflix available on the main TV for you to watch your favourite movies and shows.

- The outdoor firepit is only allowed for use during the winter months inside fire season. Use of the fire pit outside these times will lead to a loss of your security deposit. Please ensure the fire is fully extinguished at night and before you leave.

- Cigarette butts left at the property will incur an extra cleaning fee to be taken from the security deposit.

- This property is on tank water so please use water wisely.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

City of Busselton regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, may be closed down immediately. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Large groups of adults will not be accepted to stay at this property. This house is for family gatherings only. There is a noise bond that will be forfeited if there are any noise complaints from neighbouring properties.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full. Out of respect for the neighbours, there is a strict limit on noise from the house and outdoor areas at all times. Music must be completely off by 10pm.

We take our responsibility to our neighbours very seriously. As such, there is an active noise monitor and outdoor security cameras with noise monitoring in them. Any breaches of noise limits will result in the loss of your noise bond.

Treetops understated
We had a great time and everything worked out perfectly with our group ranging from 15 y.o to 85 y.o across 3 generations of the family. My unusual comment is that the property is actually much better in real life than the photos and website suggest.

Water and door lock
Water is an issue for us to have shower we have take turn like family of 10 took a long time , the night we have dishwasher on and washing mechine on we end up have no water but just slowly dripping water to shower or we waited an hour to have our hot water back . Some of the room door lock not working but overall we love the house

We absolutely loved our stay here. We’ve been to this area many times but this property by far was one of the best. It’s clean, well stocked and has the most amazing views. Property managers were easy to contact when needed. Will definitely be back.

Breathtaking views, amazing wildlife a haven of peace and tranquility
Spectacular views, abundance of wildlife. Luxurious, clean and well set up for family groups. Morning and evening visits from Kangaroos and amazing views of the night sky. The tyre swing and movie room kept the kids entertained. Great location too close to beaches, activities, wineries and bushland in the heart of the Margaret River region. Nice touch having a Christmas tree during the festive season. Would highly recommend this property. It was very special indeed and would go back again.

Perfect for a family get away
The house was beautiful. Big and comfortable with everything we needed. Fantastic playground for the kids. Three bathrooms made it very manageable. The view was beautiful and loved seeing the kangaroos and the stars at night. The kitchen was big and easy to work I’m considering there was 10 of us. Would love to stay here again.

Great property and great location
We had an amazing stay at this property. All the beaches, breweries and wineries that we went to were all within a 12 minute drive so the location was perfect. The property is stunning. It’s large enough that everyone can lounge about without feeling on top of each other. It looks stylish inside but also very homely and the view from the veranda is one we never got tired of. As managed by Exclusive Escapes, we were in good hands and they were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Will definitely be staying again.

Peaceful getaway
This gorgeous house tucked in a beautiful quiet part of Yallingup WA, had everything you could want and more! The view of the valley on the veranda whilst we had our morning coffee was very picturesque and peaceful. We had a really nice 3 day stay here and wished we made the booking longer. All beds were very comfortable and we loved the house layout with a lot of room for the 4 of us. Having the fire pit outside away from the house a bit created a fun atmosphere with the local Kangaroos! We will defiantly book again. Thanks for having us.
